I, i'iARTHA JANE KEPNER, of the BorDugh of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pe,nn8ylvania, declare this instrument to be my last will
and testament, hereby revokl.ng any ann all wills and codicils here-
tofore made by me.
1. I hereby direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay
all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses ollt of my
estate, as soon as practicable after my deoease.
2. I authorize and empower my executor to sell any realty
owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale, and to
give good ann sufficient deeds therefore, in fee simple, as I could
do if living.
3. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my husband, Clarence C. Kepner, providing
he shall survive me by sixty days.
4. Should the gift in Paragraph NO.3 not take effeot, I
devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever
situate to my issue, per stirpes.
5. Should any person entitled to a share of my estate be a
minor at the time for distribution to him or her and should the
value of any such share be mDre than the amount which may be paid
or delivered to him or her or in his or her behalf without the
appointment of a guardian or other fiduciary, I devise and bequeath
the share of such minDr, IN TRUST, to the Farmers Trust Company of
the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The
trustee, as well ae my executor, are hereby authorized to retain
unconverted, any property, real or personal, that I may own at my
death, and shall be under no duty to convert the same into legel
investments. The trustee shall have the power and authority to
hold, manage, invest and re1nvest and to pay over the net 1ncome of
the trust property, to or for t~e use and benef1t of such of my
children as may be under the age of twenty-one years, or to accumu-
late the same 1n the eole discretion of the trustee. The trustee
shall be under no duty to distribute or use the income equally for

each of my children under twenty-one y~ars, but may distribute or
use it unequally in its discretion. The trustee is also authorized
and empower~d to pay over to, or for the use and benefit of, any of
my children, whether under or over twenty-one years, such portion of
or all of the principal Df t he trust estate as in its sole dis-
cretion seems proper, for the maintenance, education or setting up
of a child in business Dr in profession or for similar purposes.
The trustee shall be under no duty to distribute or use the principa
equally for each of my children, but may distribute or use principal
unequally in its discretion. Ny primary object is the support, main
tenance, and education of such children as may be under twenty-one
years of age. When the. youngest of my children reaches the age
of twenty-one years, then whatever remains of income or principal
of the trust estate shall be distributed equally to my children,
share and share alike, the child or children of any deceased child
taking the share their parent would have taken if living.
6. All taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death,
of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction impDsed, shall be
considered as part of the expense of the administration of my estate,
7. I nominate and appoint Clarence C. Kepner to be the
executor of this my last will and testament, he is to serve as
such without bond. Should he die before my death, renounce or
refuse to serve for any reason, or die leaving any of my estate
unadministered, I nominate and appoint Roger B. Irwin as substi-
tute executor; also tD serve as such without bond, with the same
powers as are given herein to my executor.
