ITEM III _ I direct my Executors to deliver my Christmas ornaments unto my first born neice or nephew. ITEM IV _ I direct my Executors to deliver such of my paper- back book library unto the West Shore Library as my Executors deem appropriate. ITEM V _ In the event any of my friends request any items which were my personal effects and belongings, I direct my Executors to deliver such items unto said persons as my Executors deem appropriate under the circumstances. ITEM VI _ All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind, wheresoever situate and from whatsoever source der ived, I give, devise and bequeath unto my parents, James A. TIME FOR FILING - The return is' due nine months after the decedent's death, unless an extension for filing has been applied tor and granted by the Secretary of Revenue within the nineamonth period. FAIl.URE TO FILE RETURN _ Section 791 of the 1961 Stotute provides that" , . .any person who willfully foils to file 0 return or other report required of him shall be pNsonally liable. . .to a penalty of 25% of the tax ultimately found to be due or Sl,OOO whichever is the less to be recovered by the Department of Revenue as debts of like amount are recoverable by law." NOTE: Fees paid to on estate representative; namely, an executor or administrator, for services performed in ad. ministering an estate is reportable for Pennsylvania Income Tax purposes.
