I, RUSSELL W. STUM, of Upper Mifflin Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my last will
and testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
1. I authorize and empower my executrix to sell any realty
owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale, and to
give good and sufficient deeds tllerefor, in fee simple, as I could
do if living. My executrix is authorized and empowered to continue to
engage in any business in which I may be engaged at my death, for a
period of one year after my death.
2. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, Margaret A. Sturn, providing she shall
survive me by sixty days.
3. Should the gift in Paragraph No.2 not take effect, I
devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever
situate as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath all my power tools, and belongings
in my garage to my sons, Henry G. Sturn and Clair S. Sturn.
(b) All the rest, residue and remainder thereof to my
two sons, Henry G. Sturn and Clair S. Sturn and my granddaughter,
Debbie Wiser, share and share alike, the child or children of any
deceased child or grandchild taking the share their parent would have
taken if living.
4. I nominate and appoint Margaret A. Sturn, to be the
executrix of this my last will and testament, she is to serve as
such without bond. Should she die before my death, renounce or refuse
to serve for any reason, or die leaving any of my estate unadministered
I nominate and appoint Henry G. Sturn and Clair S. Sturn as substitute
executors with the same powers as are given herein to my executrix,
and also without the filing of any bond.
5. I hereby suggest that my personal representative retain
