ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Township of Southampt
County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and de-
scribed as follows, to-wit: "
BEGINIiING at a post and stones corner of land now or late of
Byrus Clever and George Miller; thence by the same South nine de-
grees East four perches to a stone and stump; thence by timber land
of George H. Stewart! south forty-one degrees East twenty-seven
perches to a post and stones; thence by land formerly of George
Clever, now Samuel K. Clever, North forty-eight degrees East
forty-one and eight-tenths perches to a post on a line of land
now or late of Cyrus Clever and George Miller; thence by the same
South eighty-five and one-half degrees West fifty perches to the
place 01' heginning. CONTAINING Four Acres and Sixty-four Perches,
more or less.
BEING the same tract 01' land which Walter K. Mitten and Margaret
J. Mitten, his wife, by their deed dated the 26th day of October,
1931 and recorded in Deed Book F1 Volume 11, Page ,87, conveyed
to Robert S. Baker and Alice B. Baker, his wife. Robert S. Baker
haVing died on the 1st day 01' December, 19;1 vesting the entire
interest in Alice B. Baker, Grantor herein.
