I, Sara El! zabeth Ilawbecker, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of
Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and
understanding, do make and publish thia my last will and testament, hereby
revoking and making void all former wills by me at any til"e heretofore made.
1. I order and direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be, after my
death.
2. I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to payout of the proceeds
of my estate all inheritance, transfer, and succession taxes.
3. All of my personal effects I give, devise, and bequeath unto my
mother, Ora Asper Hawbecker, except the following, which are to be
distributed immediately:
a. To my cousin, Gladys Snyder Weiland, my diamond solitaire ring.
Upon her death, this ring is to be passed on to row cousins, Nancy Baker
Weiland and Robert Weiland.
b. To my cousin, Naybelle Aaper, my diamond dinner ring and
diamond watch. Upon her death, this ring and this watch are to be
passed on to my cousins, Nancy Baker Weiland and Robert \>Ieiland.
c. To my cousin, Patricia Hawbecker Dickson, my piano, and those
effects that were given to me by our paternal grandmother, Elizabeth
Hoch Hawbecker, namely, silver butter dish and garnet pin, these
never to be sold, but to he passed on to other members of the
Hawbecker clan,
d. To my cousin, Pauline Hawbecker Barron, those effects tbat
were given to me by our paternal erandmother, Elizabeth Hoch
Hawhecker, namely, silver teapot, cameo pin, that was formerly an
earring, meat platter and cup, both of Oriental stone, these never
to be sold, but to be passed on to other members of the Hawbecker
clan.
4. All the rest, residue, and remainder of ~ estate is to be held in a
trust fund in the Dauphin Deposit Trust Company and under its jurisdiction for
my parents, Ora Asper Hawbecker and Robert Grove Hawbecker, who are to receive
the income from it and any principal that is necessary for their corrf'ort and
care. Upon the death of both parents, the trust fund is to be dissolved, and
the proceeds to be distributed to the following:
a. To each of my cousins , who are living at the time of the death of
both of my parents, namely, Gladys Snyder Heiland, Robert Heiland, Glenn
S. Heiland, Maybelle Asper, Patricia Hawbecker Dickson, and to each of my
aunts, namely, Hazel Deckman Hawbecker, Helen Hawbecker Hocker, and Elsie
Asper Snyder, the surn of $2.000.00
b. To my cousin, Maybelle Asper, an additional $2.000.00.
c. To the Camp Hill United Methodist Church thes\UD of $5.000.00 to
be used to install an elevator connecting the two floors or for pew
cushions. If neither of these items is needed or have already been
provided for, then the above-mentioned sum may be applied to the debt
reduction ~und or put in an endowment fund.
d. To my cousin, Gladys Snyder Heiland, the rest, residue, and
remainder of my estate, in appreciation for her many kindnesses to me
during my lifetime.
5. In the event my father and mother shall predecease me, or shall die
simultaneously with me, or so nearly so that it cannot be determined which of

us survived the other, then, and in any such events, I give, devise, and
bequeath all of my personal effects and all the rest, residue, and remainder
of my estate as described in Article , and 4.

PENNSYLVANIA INHERITANCE TAX GENERAL INFORMATION
I. PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN
Soc\lon 701 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1961 provides that the following persons shall prepare and file
a leturn: ' .. ..
a. Tho personallepre'sentalive 01 the estate 01 the decedent as to properly of the .decedent administered by him
and such additional property which is or may be subject to Inheritance Tax of which he/she shall have or
acquire knowledge;
b. Tho transferee of properly uponlhe tmnsfer of which Inheritance Tax is or may be imposed by the 1961 Statute,
including a trustee of property lransferred intrust, provided that no separate return need be made by the transferee
of properly included in the return of a personal representative.
2. PLACE FOR FILING
The return is to be filed in duplicate with lhe Register of Wills of the county wherein the decedent resided.
3. TIME FO R FILlN G
The relurn is due nine monU1S after the decedent's death. unless an extension for filing has been applied for and
granted by the Secretnry of Revenue within the nine-month period. .
4. FAILURE TO FILE RETURN

Section 791 of the 1961 Statute provides lhat " . . .any person who willfully lails to file a return or other report
required of him. . .shall.be personaliy liable. . .to a penalty of 25% ot'the tax ultimately found to be due or $1,000
whichever is the lesser to be recovered by the Department of Revenue as debts of like amount are recoverable by
law."
5. TAX RATEi
Inheritance Tax is payable at the mte of 6% on transfers to lineal descendants, such as father, mother, husband, wife,
son, daughter, grandchildren, grandparent, son-in-law and daughter-in-jaw and at the rate of 15% as to all others.

6. PAYMENT OF TAX
The tax assessed on the transfer of property reported in the return is due 9 months aftef'the decedent's death. Interest
at the rate of 6% per annum accrues thereafter unti I payment is made. All payments received are fi rst applied to any
interest which may be due with any remainder applied to the tax. IF TAX IS PAID WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE
DECEDENT'S DEATH. A DISCOUNT OF 5% OF THE TAX PAYMENT IS ALLOWED.
All checks should be made payable to the Register of Wills of the county wherein the decedent resided and are
received subject to the final determination of the Department of Revenue.
7. FAILURE TO PAY
The taxes imposed, together with any interest thereoo, are a lien upon real property, which lien remains in effect until
the taxes and interest have heen paid in full. The taxes may he sued for against any real property in the decedent's ..
estate or against any property belonging to a transferee liable for the tax. .-
8. FILING OF FALSE RETURN

Any person who willfully makes a false leturn or report required of him shall, in accordance with Section 793 of the
1951 Statute, be guilty of a misdemennor and, on conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding
$1,000 or undergo imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.

Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by tlie decedent prior to his/lw death are deductible against hislher taxable estate,
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, allier items are claimable including the cost 0/ administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstone or grave marker.
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject 10 the approval uf the Regisler of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is filed. Evidence to support the deceuelll's or tile estate's liabilitY for the debts being claimed

A family exemption of $2,000 mav be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania.
If there is no spouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/har rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of

Inheritance Tax, other than tax on a future interest, is due at the date of the decedent's death and becomes

Tax on 8 future interest Is payable within three (3) months after the transfer takes effect in possession and

The Petition of Gladys Snyder Weiland and Dauphin Deposit
Bank and Trust Company, Executors of the will of Sara Elizabeth
Hawbecker, the above captioned decedent, respectfully represents:
1. The said decedent, Sara Elizabeth Hawbecker, died
June 13, 1980, having previously made her Will, dated November lr
1970, and Codicils dated March 26, 1979, and July 1, 1979.
2. Said Will and Codicils were duly probated and are filed
in the Office of the Register of wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, to No. 21-80-420 and Letters Testamentary thereon
were issued to your petitioners June 18, 1980.
3. By her Will the decedent made the following bequests:
(1) 3a. To my cousin, Gladys Snyder Weiland, my
diamond solitaire ring. Upon her death, this ring is to
be passed on to my cousins, Nancy Baker Weiland and
Robert Weiland.
(2) 3b. To my cousin, Maybelle Asper, my diamond
dinner ring and diamond watch. Upon her death, this
ring and this watch are to be passed on to my cousins,
Nancy Baker Weiland and Robert Weiland.
(3) 3c. To my cousi.n, Patricia Hawbecker Dickson,
my piano, and those effects that were given to me by
our paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Hoch Hawbecker, namely,
silver butter dish and garnet pin, these never to be
sold, but to be passed on to other members of the
Hawbecker clan.
(4) 3d. To my cousin, Pauline Hawbecker Barron,
those effects that were given to me by our paternal grand-
mother, Elizabeth lIoch Hawbecker, namely, silver teapot,
cameo pin, that was formerly an earring, meat platter
and cup, both of Oriental stone, these never to be sold,
but to be passed on to other members of the Hawbecker clan.

Paragraph 3d of the Will of the items set forth in said
paragraph was a bequest for her for her life with a gift
over upon her death to "other members of the Hawbecker

taken receipts and agreements from the distributees, which are
attached hereto as "Exhibits A, B, C, and D."
7. Nancy Baker Weiland and Robert Weiland, who are entitled
to receive the diamond solitaire ring upon the death of Gladys
Snyder Weiland and the diamond dinner ring and diamond watch
upon the death of Maybelle Asper, by stipulations hereto attached
as "Exhibits E and F" agree that the legatees of said property ,I
for life shall not be required to file security for the protect-
ion of their interests in the property, or, if security is requir
ed, their own bonds shall be filed wit.hout surety.
8. The items bequeathed to Patricia Hawhecker Dickson for
