Oear Mr. Bridge:
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed by the Commonwealth

business for the past twenty-eight years in the Cumberland County area.
I am thoroughly familiar with real estate values in this area.
On August 18, 1980, I inspected the property in the Estate of Alma

This property is located in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pa., and is a farm which fronts along the South side of Barnstable
Road (T447) East of T482. It contains 77 acres and 80 perches and is

in Deed Book "F", Vol. 22, Page 904. The soil is of limestone texture

aluminum siding and metal roof. The first floor contains a kitchen;
dining room with panelled walls; living room with wall to wall carpet,
panelled walls and tile ceiling.
The second floor contains four bedrooms, of which only one has a
closet; and a bathroom, which space was taken from one of the bedrooms.
There is ~ partial basement under the dwelling with ground floor
and stone foundation, an oil furnace and 52 gal. electric water heater.
East of the dwelling is an old frame summer kitchen or washhouse with
metal roof. The water supply is from a 65 ft. drilled well.
Other improvements consist of a frame bank barn, approxim~tely
48 X 60' in size, with metal roof and two mows. This barn is neither

Dear Mr. Bridge:
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed by the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and have been actively engaged in the real estate
business for the past twenty-eight years in the Cumberland County area.
lam thoroughly familiar with real estate values in this area.
On August 18, 1980, I inspected the property in the Estate of Alma
H. Lehman, to determine my opinion of its fair market value as of June
16, 1980, the date of death of Alma H. Lehman.
This property is located in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pa., and is a farm which fronts along the South side of 8arnstable
Road (T447) East of T482. It contains 77 acres and 80 perches and is
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County
in Deed Book "r", Vol. 22, Page 904. The soil is of limestone texture
(Hagerstown Loam), of which approximately 60 acres is tillable, the
balance pasture and wasteland.
The improvemerts consist of an old two-story frame dwelling with
aluminum siding and metal roof. The first floor contains a kitchen;
dining room with panelled walls; living room with wall to wall carpet,
panelled walls and tile ceiling.
The second floor contains four bedrooms, of which only one has a
closet; and a bathroom, which space was taken from one of the bedrooms.
There is a partial basement under the dwelling with ground floor
and stone foundation, an oil furnace and 52 gal. electric water heater.
East of the dwelling is an old frame summer kitchen or washhouse with
metal roof. The water supply is from a 65 ft. drilled well.
Other improvements consist of a frame bank barn, approximately
48 X 60' in size, with metal roof and two mows. This barn is neither
