Mary Lane, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The Petit:loner's estate also includes
$300.00 owed to the Ruth lIarrIs estate by the Carlisle Hospital. This
approximate gross amount of $775.00 will be reduced by approximately $400.00
for costs owed by the Ruth lIarris estate, leaving an estimated net worth
of $375.00 to be transferred to the Petitioner.
5. The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to the Petitioner and
is not the fiduciary or an officer or employee of the corporate fiduciary
of an estate in whicb the Petitioner has an interest nor the surety or an
officer or employee of the corporate surety of such a fiduciary.
6. The proposed guardian, Bonnie Kay French, resides at R. D. 1110, Box
366, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and is thirty-three (33) years of age. She
has no legal relationship to the Petitioner, but is her natural mother.
7. The religious persuasion of the Petitioner and the proposed
guardian is Protestant.
8. The Petitioner is not entitled to any recovery in an action or
proceeding before any court, other than the assets resulting from the probate
of the Will of Ruth Harris, as specified in paragraph 4.
9. The Petitioner requests the court, pursuant to 91011 of the
Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949, P.O. 512, 20 P.S. 9320.1011,
a) to appoint Bonnie Kay French as guardian for the person of
Tracy Ann Harris, a minor, and
b) to waive entry of security by the guardian and (i) to direct
