I, MARGARET J, GRUGAN, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my last will
and testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
1. I authorize and empower my executors to sell any realty
owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale, and to
give good and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could
do if living.
2. I bequeath my diamond ring to my granddaughter, Carla M.
Blumenstein. Said ring to be held in trust by my executors until
she reaches the age of eighteen years.
3. I devise and bequeath all of the res t, residue and remain-
der of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my grand-
children, Debra M. Blumenstein, Kelly L. Blumenstein, and Carla M.
Blumenstein, share and share alike.
4. Should any 0 l' my said grandchildren be under the age of
twenty-one at the time for distribution to them and should the value
of their share of my estate be more than the amount which may be
paid or delivered to them or in their behalf without the appointment
of a guardian or other fiduciary, I devise and bequeath the share of
such grandchild, in trust, to CCNB Bank, N.A., in the Borough of
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The trustee, as well as my executors,
is hereby authorized to retain, unconverted, any property, real or
personal, that I may own at my death, and shall be under no duty to
convert the same into legal investments. The trustee shall have the

power and authority to hold, manage, invest and reinvest, and to
pay over the net income of the trust property to or for the use and
benefit of such grandchild, if she shall be under the age of twenty-
one years or to accumulate the same in the sole discretion of the
trustee. The trustee is also authorized and empowered to pay over
to, or for the use and benefit of, such grandchild, such portion of
or all of the principal of the trust estate as in its sole discre-
tion seems proper for the maintenance, education or setting up of
such grandchild in a bus iness or in a profession, or for simi lar
purposes. When each grandchild reaches the age of twenty-one years,
then whatever remains of her share of income or principal of the
trust estate shall be distributee. to said grandchild.
5. I nominate and appoint Harold S. Ifllin, Jr. and Roger B.
Irwin to be the executors of this my last will and testament, they
are to serve as such without bond.
6. I hereby direct my executors to retain the services of
Irwin, Irwin & Irwin, as attorneys in the settlement of my estate.

This assessment is made in accordanco with Section 708 of the lnheritnnce and Estate Tax ACI of
1961 172 P.S. 9 2485.708),
To the extent that inheritance t8X is paid within three (3) months after the death of the decedent, a
discount of five (5) percent is ellowed (72 P,S, ~ 2485.716),
Inheritance Tax, other than tax on a future interest. is due at the date of the decode nt's death and becomes
delinquent at the expiration of nino (9) months after the decedent's doath (72 P.S. S 2485-711). Inheritance
Tax on a future interest ;s payable within three (3) months after the transfer takes effect in possession and
