6. That the religous affiliation of your Petitioner is Protestant
and the religous affiliation of proposed guardians is Protestant.
7. That your Petitioner is a one-third heir in the Estate of Maxine A.
Gilbert, Deceased, Estate No. ~24~, Register of Wills, Franklin County,
Pennsylvania, which has an approximate value of $2,000.00.
8. That the proposed Guardians' having consented to their appointment
as such, the same being attached hereto.
WHEREFORE, Debra Diane Gilbert, a minor over the age of fourteen years,
makes the choice of Ricky J. Gilbert and Linda Renee Gilbert, his wife, and
prays your Honorable Court to appoint them guardians of her person.
