I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue

HOMES AT ELIZABETHTOWN, Pennsylvania, which gift shall be added to and
form a part of the ENDOWMENT FUND OF THE MASONIC HOMES AT ELIZA-
BETlITOWN, Pennsylvania established by the Right Worshipful Grand Lodge of
the Most Ancient and Honorable Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons of
Pennsylvania. Said gift shall be used for the upkeep, maintenance and operation
of the said MASONIC HOMES AT ELIZABETHTOWN,
This gift shall be presented in my name as well as in the name of
and to memorialize my husband, D, SERRETT DUNFEE, my nephew, DR. WILLIAM
D. MEMlNGER, and my friend, JOSEPH DOWE, all of whom were Masons,
ITEM V:
In the settlement of my Estate, my Executor shall
possess, among others, the following powers:
(a) To sell either at public or private sale and upon such
terms and conditions as my Executor may deem advantageous to my
Estate, any or all real or pers onal estate or interest therein, whether
owned by me severally or in conjunction with other per sons or acquired
after my dealh by my Executor, and to consummate said sale or sales
by sufficient deeds or other instruments to the purchaser or purchasers,
