A. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
($5,000.00) Dollars to the Right Worshipful Grand Lodge of the
Most Ancient and Honorable Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons
of Pennsylvania and Masonic Jurisdiction thereunto belonging, now
located at Broad and Filbert Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
to promote, encourage and serve the interests and welfare of
Freemasonry within the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge, in whatever
manner deemed appropriate by the officers thereof.
B. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
($5,000.00) Dollars to the Shrine Crippled Children and Burns
Institute.
C. I give and bequeath the sum of Three Thousand
($3,000.00) Dollars to the Royal Order of Jesters, Harrisburg
Court No, 116, for the advancement of Masonic Brotherhood, fraternity
and good cheer.
ITEM VI:
In the event my wife, CAROL, predeceases me,
in lieu of the specific bequests made to my three sisters, I give,
devise and bequeath to them all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, as follows:
A. One-third (1/3) thereof to my sister, LOIS K.
BURCH, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Should she predecease me, this
share I then give, devise and bequeath to my brother-in-law, ERNEST
BURCH. In addition, I bequeath my Masonic ring to my sister, LOIS.
B. One-third (1/3) thereof to my sister, JEAN STEVENS,
Jacksonville, Florida. Should she predecease me, this share I then
give, devise and bequeath to my brother-in-law, HARRY STEVENS.
C. One-third (1/3) thereof to my sister, ELOISE
McLAUGHLIN, San Paulo, California. Should she predecease me, I
give, devise and bequeath one-half (1/2) of her share to PAMELA WINDERS,

I do hereby designate my wife, CAROL, and
HAROLD W. SWOPE, Esquire, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania as Co-Executors
of this, my Last Will and Testament, who shall serve without bond.
In the event either or both of them shall be unwilling or unable to
serve, I designate the DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania as Executor in their place, or as sole Executor should
neither be willing or able to serve.

County, Pennsylvan ia, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and TeAtament,
hereby revoking and making void any prior Will or Codicil hereto-

to promote, encourage and serve the interests and welfare of

B. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
($5,000.00) Dollars to the Shrine Crippled Children and Burns
Institute.

serve, I designate the DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COHPANY, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania as Executor in their place, or as sole Executor should
