If. The gross value of the alleged incompetent's estate
Daughter
is $33,4.00.00 which is composed of' a one-half interest in real
estate located at 257 Gibson street, Carlisle, which is held

in tenancy by the entireties with the alleged incompetent's
husband, Everett L. Sillers. This property is presently list-
ed for sale by Phil Ruegg, Realtor and the petitioners would
propose to have the guardians sell the same f'or the gross price
of $66,800.00.
5. The alleged incompetent's net income is $2l~.OO which
is received from the Social Security Administration.
6. The alleged incompetent is not, now and has not been,
a member of the armed forces of the United states and is not
receiving any benefits from the United States Veterans Admin-
istration or itG successor.
7. The alleged incompetent, because of mental inf'irm-
ities, is unable to manage her property.
8. The proposed guardians for the alleged incompetent are
Evelyn J. Ruegg and Martha L. Sillers, who are children of' the

alleged incompetent. They have no interest adverse to the
alleged incompetent other than that they are the next f)f' kin
and would inherit a portion of the alleged incompetent I s

9. No other court has ever assuMed jurisdiction in any

10. The alleged incompetent has no c;uardian of' her
estate or person.
11. Attached hereto are the consents of the proposed
guardians.

directed to the alleged incompetent with notice thereof to
her husband and to the administrator of' the Church of God Home
and to such other persons as the court may direct to show cal\se

CITATION
WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common Pleas Court. Orphans' Court Division
at a session of the said court there to be held, for the County of
CUmberlnd to show cause why she should not be adjudged an incompetent
and a guardian for her estate appointed therefore, returnable Tuesday
August 12, 1980 at 1:30 o'clock in Court Room No.3, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
At least 10 days notice of the hearing shall be given to Georgia
O. Sillers, the alleged incoapetent, and to her husband, Everett
L. Sillers, and to the administrator of the Church of God Home,
Carlisle l?a., by serving them personally with a copy of the
foregoing petition and this order of court.

Georgia O. Sillers would not be promoted by her presence in

timony presented that the said Georgia O. Sillers is unable to
manage her property, to make or communicate responsible decisions
concerning the same and is liable to dissipate the same or be-
come the victim of designing persons. It is, therefore, ordered
and directed that the said Georgia O. Sillers be, and she hereby
is, adjudged an incompetent and Evelyn J. Ruegg and Martha L.
Sillers are appointed co-guardians of her estate.

PETITION
TO THE HONOMBLE. THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The petition of Evelyn J. Ruegg and Martha L. Sillers.
by their attorney, Charles D. Daugherty, Esquire, respectfully
represents:
1. They were appointed guardian of' the estate of
Georgia O. Sillers by decree of your Honorable Court dated
2. That the sole asset of the incompetent's estate is
W1 interest in the real property at 257 Gibson Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, being a lot measuring approximately 120' X 40'
and being improved with a 21 story brick dwelling and four car
garage.
J. That said real property is owned by the incompetent
with her husband, Everett L. Sillers, as tenants by the entireties
having been purchased by the incompetent and her husband by deed
dated June 10, 1949 and recorded in Deed Book "B", Volume 14,
Page J96 in the Office of' the Recorder of Deeds f'or Cumberlanu
County.

~. That the petitioners, in order to administer properly
the estate of the incompetent, have agreed to sell the premises
at 257 Gibson street to Eugene W. Hickok, Jr. and Katharine P.
Hickok, his wife, for the sum of $66,800.00 in cash, a copy of
said agreement of sale being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
5. That said premises are assessed f'or taxation in the
sum of $7,760.00.
6. That the petitioners believe that $66,800.00 is a f'air
price for the premises and a better price could not be obtained
at public sale.
7. That the private sale will be to the interest and ad-
vantage of the incompetent's estate because the incompetent and
her husband are no longer living at the premises and are unable
to care for the same.
WHEREFORE, your petitioners pray your Honorable Court to
authorize them as guardians of the estate of Georgia O. Sillers
to convey the said premises to the buyers in accordance with the
terms of said sales agreement.
