LAST WILL tnd TESTAMENT
1, CAROLINE BEERS, of the Borough of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my decease as may be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named.
II. All the reBt, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate I give and bequeath unto my Bon, John Harold
Beers, if he survives me. If my son, John Harold Beers, fails to survive me,
I give, devise and bequeath my estate unto Patricia Lynn Beers.
III. I name, constitute and appoint my son, John Harold Beers, to
be the Executor of this, my Will, Should my son, John, fail to survive me or
fail for any reason to complete the administration of my estate, I appoint
Elsie Beers, wife of John BeerB, to be the Executor in his stead, and I na~e,
constitute and appoint EaKle Beers, wife of John Beers, to be the Guardian of
the estate of any minor beneficiary with full power to administer as such Guardian
assets passing to the minor as the result of my death but otherwise than under ,.
this Will to the extent provided by law.
IV. I direct that my Executor be permitted to Berve without the
entry of security in any jurisdiction in which he may be called upon to act,

september, 1981, the First and Final
Account of John Harold Beers, Executor of the Will of Caroline
Beers, deceased, having been confirmed by the Court on August 25,
1981, together with a Statement of Distribution awarding the
hereinafter real estate to John Harold Beers, it is ordered,
adjudged and decreed that there be awarded to John Harold Beers
legal title and the interest of the seller under agreement to
ALL that certain lot of land situate in the Borough
of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland, State of pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Herman
Avenue, said point being located 110 feet measured east-
wardly along said line from the easterly line of Third
street, thence eastwardly along the southern line of
Herman Avenue 18 feet to a point, thence southwardly at
right angles along the westerly line of premises number
230 Herman Avenue, 150 feet to Plum Alley, thence by
the northerly line of plum Alley westwardly 18 feet to a
point, thence northwardly along the easterly line of Lot
No. 47, Block D, on the Plan hereinafter mentioned 150
feet to the place of beginning.
Being the westerly 18 feet of Lot No. 48, Block D,
on the Plan of Riverton No.1, said Plan being recorded
in Deed Book 4-J, Page 40, cumberland county records.
Having thereon erected the western portion of a
double, 2-1/2 story frame dwelling house numbered 232
Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, pennsylvania.
