I, Effie A. McAlicher, of Harrisburg, County of Dauphin and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make, publish nnd doclaro this for and as my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any nnd nil Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I - I dlroct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my
just and lawful debts nnd funeral expenses out of my personal estate as soon after
my decease as Is convenient,
ITEM II - I Ilivo and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00,
Dollars to my brother, Ross A. McAlicher,
ITEM III - I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred Fifty
($150,00) Dollars to my sister-in-law, Mary M. McAlicher,
ITEM IV - I gtve and bequeath the sum of One Hundred Fifty
($150.00) Dollars to my niece, Marcia Ann MeAlicher.
ITEM V - I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars to Paxton Unltod Methodist Church, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

ITEM vm - In the event my sister, Mrs. Dorothy R. Felker,
predeceases me, or if we die in common disaster, then I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, to my brother, Ross A. McAlicher.
ITEM IX - I nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, Mrs.
Dorothy R. Felker, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In
the event my sister, Mrs. Dorothy R. Felker, predeceases me, or in the event
we die in cornmon disaster, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother,
Ross A. Mc.Alicher, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM X - I direct that my Executrix, or Executor, as the case
may be, retain the services of Herbert G. Rupp, Jr., Esquire, for the settle-
ment of my estate, if such services are available, because of his familiarity
with my affairs.
