LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
VIRGINIA V. MYERS
I, VIRGINIA V. MYERS, u:lmarried, of 61 West Louther Street in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all of my just debts an
funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so.
I direct that my funeral services be conducted by Hoffman Funeral Home of
219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with
arrangements made by me.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeat
to my friend, Georgianna J. Baker, wife of Chalmer Baker, Jr., of 3716
Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said friend, Georgianna
J. Baker, as Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and direct that
she shall not be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance
of her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdictio

last Will and Testament written on one (I) page this 27th day of May, 1975.

DEBTS & DEDUCTIONS - Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against
