SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Suggestion is made, that the balance in hands of the Accountant
for Distribution, to wit, the sum of $7,180.10, consisting entirely
of cash, be made to decedent's three (3) children, to wit, Elaine E.
Richwine, Linda K. Anderson and George W. Sawyer, Jr., who are entitled
to share in said estate on an equal basis as decedent's sole heirs-at-
law, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania applicable to distribution of assets of decedents
who are domiciled in said Commonwealth at the time of their decease,
and therefore Distribution is proposed as follows, to wit:
