That the decedent was not survived by a spouse. 4. That the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return was filed on December 16, 1942, in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. That a statement of Debts and Deductions was filed on October , 1968, in the aforesaid Register's Office. 6. That the decedent's estate is insolvent for inheritance tax purposes. 7. That the decedent was survived by six daughters, her sole heirs at law under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, said children being as follows: Vashti W. Stokes, Rachel W. Davis, Effie W. Brown, Emma W. Priester, Helen W. Scott and Amelia W. Abbott. ~~Ci, 108 PACE 832 8. That the sole asset of the estate was the dwelling located at 53 Baltimore Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 9. That as a result of conveyances between the daughters the interest in said real estate became 5/6 in Helen W. Scott and 1/6 in Effie W. Brown. See Deed Book "U", Volume 16, Page 93 and Deed Book "N", Volume 29, Page 417. 10. That in order to convey complete title to said real estate your Petitioner applied for and was granted letters of administration of August 15, 1980, by the aforesaid Register of Wills. 11. That your Petitioner posted bond with the Insurance Company of North America as surety in the amount of $1,000.00. 12. That said real estate was conveyed to Donna Y. Jones on October 15, 1980. See Deed Book " " , Volume , Page 13. That your Petitioner filed his First and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution on September 8, 1981, and said Account and Schedule of Distribution were confirmed on October 13, 1981, by your Honorable Court. 14. That the entire estate has been paid and transferred to the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the aforesaid Account and Schedule of Distribution, and no other money 01' property belonging to the estate has been received by the Petitioner since the confirmation of said account. 15.
