I, MARY H. BmRLY, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, being of
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all wills
and codicils made by me at any time heretofore.
FIRST:
I give, devise and bequeath all of my
property, real and personal, to my husband, WALTER E. BIERLY, provided
he survives me for a period of thirty (30) days.
SECOND:
In the event my husband, WALTER E.
BIERLY, fails to survive me by a period of thirty (30) days, I give, devise
and bequeath all my property, real and personal, in equal shares to my

children, PATRICIA A, RITTNER, MARL1N K. BREACH, JR. and
RICHARD A. BREACH.
THIRD:
I nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, WALTER E. BIERLY, as the executor of this my Last Will and
Testament. If he should fail to survive me by a period of thirty (30) days
or for any other reason fail to serve as such executor, I appoint my daughter,
PATRICIA A. RITTNER, as the executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
