GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liobilities incuned by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable estate,
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are claimable including the cost of administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstone or grave marker,
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is filed. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being claimed
should be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption of $2,000 may be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania,
If there is no spouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of
the same household can claim the exemption, In the event there is no such spouse or child, the exemption can be
claimed by a parent or parents who are members of the same household as the decedent.

Tabernacle Avenue, situated in Ccntral Oak Heights, West Millon, Penn-
sylvania, to my son, Norman L. Hummel, Jt'. It is my desire, however,
that my other sons, Benjamin L. Hummel and Donald B. Hummel, be
permitted to use the cottage on occasions as a place for recreation for
theil' respective families.
It is my desire that the occupants of both of my cottages at Central
Oak Heights be supporters of the program at Central Oak Heights and that
they attend the worship services in the tabernacle ancllend financial
suppot't to the l'cligious progl'ams carTicc1 on there.

Hummel, Donald D. Hummel, and Elizabeth Pottieger, to be divided among
them, share and share alike.
AND LASTLY, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
son, Norman L. Hummel, Jr., to be the executor of this my last will and
testament. In the event that he shall have predeceased me or in the event
that he is unable to serve as executor, then I nominate, constitute and
appoint Benjamin L. Hummel to be the executor hereof. My said executor
shall have full power to do any and all things necessary for the complete
administration of my estate, including the powel' to sell at public Ot' private

I, Norman L. Hummel, a resident of the Borough of Mechanics-
burg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disPosing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare
this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void any and
all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM ONE: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my death as may be found convenient,
ITEM TWO: I give and bequeath my cottage, numbered 50, on
Ridge Avenue, situated in Central Oak Heights, West Milton, Pennsylvania,
to my daughter, Elizabeth Pottieger. It is my desire, however, that the
cottage shall be used as a meeting place for my family.
ITEM THREE: I give and bequeath my cottage, numbered 18, on
Tabernacle Avenue, situated in Central Oak Heights, West Milton, Penn-
sylvania, to my son, Norman L. Hummel, Jr. It is my desire, however,
that my other sons, Benjamin L. Hummel and Donald B. Hummel, be
permitted to use the cottage on occasions as a place for recreation for
their respective families.
It is my desire that the occupants of both of my cottages at Central
Oak Heights be supporters of the program at Central Oak Heights and that
they attend the worship services in the tabernacle and lend financial
SUpport to the religious programs carried on there.
ITEM FOUR: I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) to the Shreiners United Methodist Church, Monroe Township,

Dollars ($1,000.00) to Bethany Village, a United Methodist retirement
home situated near Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, absolutely.
ITEM NINE: I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real, per'sonal and mixed, of whatever nature and
wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death, to my children, Norman L. Hummel, Jr., Benjamin L.
Hummel, Donald B. Hummel, and Elizabeth Pottieger:-, to be divided among
them, share and share alike.
AND LASTLY, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
son, Norman L. Hummel, Jr., to be the executor of this my last will and
testament. In the event that he shall have predeceased me or in the event
that he is unable to ser:-ve as executor, then I nominate, constitute and
appoint Benjamin L. Hummel to be the executor hereof. My said executor
shall have full powe r to do any and all things necessar:-y for the complete
administration of my estate, including the power to sell at public or private
sale, without order of Court and without the necessity of filing a bond, any

RELEASE
WHEREAS, Norman L. Hummel died a resident of the Borough
of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on August 21, 1980,
leaving a last will and testament which was duly entered for probate in the
office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on
September 9, 1980; and
WHEREAS, letters testamentary were granted to Norman L.
Hummel, Jr., the executor named in the aforesaid will, by the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County, PennsylvanIa, on September 9, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the said Norman L. Hummel, .Ir., has completed the
admInistration of said estate, having paid all debts, funeral expenses and
taxes, and is now ready to make distribution of the balance in his hands to
the persons entitled to receIve the same; and
WHEREAS, the said Norman L. Hummel, Jr., has prepared his
first and final account which was exhibited to the undersigned, who are satis_
fied that the same is true and correct and who desire that distribution be mad
without the formal filing of an account.
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by these presents, that we, the
undersigned, being all the legatees, distributees a'nd persons named in the
