And the said Anne Gress, Mark C. Slothour and
Frederick H. Slothour are authorized to execute the necessary
ceipts therefor on behalf of the estate.

I, JOAN J. SLOTHOUR, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and un-
derstanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will:

and testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills, I
codicils and other testamentary documents by me at any time here-
to fore made.
ITEM I. I direct that all my lawful debts, funeral
expenses and inheritance taxes be paid from the assets of my
estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the
expenses of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II. I give and bequeath my Mink Stole to my
sister, ANNE GRESS.
ITEM III. I give and bequeath my shares of American
Telephone and Telegraph Company stock, which I now own and may
hereafter acquire, to my son, MARK C. SLOTHOUR.
ITEM IV. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and/or mixed, of whatever nature and where-,
soever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to
my husband, FREDERICK H. SLOTHOUR, absolutely and in fee simple.
In the event my husband, FREDERICK H. SLOTHOUR, predeceases me,
or fails to survive me for a period of sixty (60) days, I give,
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate to my son, MARK C. SLOTHOUR, absolutely and in fee simple.
ITEM V. I nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, FREDERICK H. SLOTHOUR, to be the Executor of this my
last will and testament. In the event my husband, FREDERICK H.
SLOTHOUR, predeceases me, or fails to qualify as Executor within
