I, C. A. SNYDER, of Allen. Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and testament,
and revoke all wills which I have previously made.
I I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real
and personal, to my sister-in-law, Emma F. Rank, if living, otherwise
I give, devise and bequeath the same to her daughter, Thelma Kintz,
if living, otherwise, I give, devise and bequeath the same to my
brother, Donald Snyder, if living, otherwise I give, devise and be-
queath the same to my brother's step-daughter, Brenda Snyder, abso-
lutely and in fee simple.
II I appoint as executrix of this will my sister-in-Ia
Emma F. Rank, and if for any reason she shall fail to qualify or cease
to act as such during the administration of my estate I appoint as
alternate executrix of this will, Thelma Kintz, and if for any reason
she shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such during the admin-
istration of my estate, I appoint as substituted executor of this
will, Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
thhis 25th day of February, 1976.

As to such taK that is paid within three months from dote of death, a five (5%l percent
discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months (fifteen months
when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive; and twelve months when
death occurred prior to December 22, 1965) from date of death, interest at the rote of six (6%) percent
per annum is charged.
Any party in interest who is aggrieved by this notice may object thereto within sixty days
after receipt of said notice os provided by Section 1001 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of
1961,72 P.S. 2485-1001, P.L. 373.
