declare this to be my last will and rcvokn an~ will previously
made by me.

2. I desire to be buried in the fmnily burial lot in Mt.
Holly Springs Cemetery.

real and personal to ~!y son:;, Thom<:>3 I',. Bu(;h(~r, Jared 13. Bucher
and Paal G. Bucher. I also Iwme rny ,;aLd :;ons as executors to
settle my estate.
4. Should all of' my sons fail to qualify as executors or
cease to act as executors, I appoint my oldest grandchild, Julia
Carolyn Bucher, executrix to settle my estate. If she does not
qualify or ceases to act as executrix, I appoint GCNB Bank, Nit
of Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, executor to settle my estate.
5. Rny property which would pass to a person under twenty
one years of age under this will shall, instead, pass to and be
held by CCNB Bank, N.!,. of Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania in
trust for that person until that p0rson reaches the age of
twenty-one (21) years. Said trustee 5112.11 have the power to
use orincioal as \"lell as income from time to time for the
benefic iary' s support and educ at ion (inc luding college educat ion,
both graduate and undergraduate) "ithout regard to his or her
parent's ability to provide for such support and education,
and, to make payment for these purposes. without further
responsibility, to the beneficiary's parent, the beneficiary,
or to any person taking care of the beneficiary. 11Y said
trustee shall have the sallie Dowers that I could exercise in
connection therewith if I were living including but not limited
to those set forth herein.
6. I direct that the services of Marion R. Lower, Rttorney
at Law, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania be used in the settlement of
my estate.

I direct that they shall divide these items among them. In case
any item shall be desired by more than one of my said daughters
in laws they shall decide by lot which one shall take such item,
and the order thereafter in which they shall have preference
of choice, so that each one shall have the same number of
preferences.
5. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of these gifts, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate
as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
