LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT CF NORMAN LEROY ERWIN
I, NORMAN LEROY ERWIN, of Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and under-
standing, hereby revoking any former Wills by me heretofore
made, do make, publish and declare this my Last Wi~l and
Testament in manner as follows.
I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts, funeral and burial expenses as soon after my
decease as practicable, as well as all inheritance taxes,
whether State or Federal, which may be assessed against my
Estate, or on any property passing as a result of my death,
whether or not forming part of my estate, as part of the costs
of administration.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real,
personal and mixed, of whatsoever sort and wheresoever situate,
to my wife, Doris Jean Erwin, absolutely.
In the event my said wife should predecease me, or
our deaths should occur simultaneously or as a result of common
disaster, then I direct that my Estate shall be distributed as
hereinafter provided.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, as
aforesaid, including my home in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania, mailing address: 101 Flamingo Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, if I shall still own it, and in-
c1uding the proceeds of any life insurance made payable to my

estate, to The Commonwealth National Bank of Harrisburg,
pennsylvania, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest
and reinvest the proceeds in such investments as in the dis-
cretion of my said Trustee may be deemed safe and desirable,
besides those designated by law for Trust purposes, including
the "COMMON FUNDS" of the said The commonwealth National Bank,
and to collect all the net income therefrom. My Trustee shall
also have the right to advance any monies or funds f rom the
Trust Estate, necessary to pay administration expenses and
taxes.
I direct my said Trustee to hold the same in a
single trust for tne use and benefit of my two children,
namely, Brent Ramie Erwin, age 22, and Sue Anne Erwin,
age 12, until such time as my youngest child, the said Sue
Anne Erwin, shall reach the age of 21 years.
I direct my said Trustee to pay all the net income
arising the ref rom in equal installments to each of my said
children during the continuance of the Trust.
My said Trustee is hereby authori zed and empowered
to invade the principal of the said Trust at any time wnan in
its discretion the same shall be necessary and advisable for
any matter or purpose relating to the general welfare of my
said son, Brent Ramie Erwin. However, since the pr~ncipa1
purpose of tnis Trust is to provide for the education of my
daughter, Sue Anne Erwin, a minor, I specifically authori. ze
my said Trustee to invade the principal of tne said Estate for
the support, maintenance, education including higher education
in a college or university, for medical or institutional care,
burial expenses or otherwise in its discretion for the general
welfare of my said daughter, Sue Anne Erwin.
At the time my said daugnter, Sue Anne Erwin shall
reach the age of 21 years, I direct that the Trust herein

created for the benefit of my children shall terminate and
I direct my Trustee accordingly to pay the net balance of
the principal and any undistributed income to my two children
equally, share and share alike.
Should either of my aforesaid children predecease
me, or die before my said daughter reaches the age of 21
years, leaving a child or children to survive, then I direct
that the share or portion of my Estate herein given to my
deceased child shall be given to such child or children,
share and share alike, per stirpes, and under the same terms
and conditions of this Trust except that with respect to the
child or children, the Trust shall terminate when each of them
shall respectively reach their majority, when my Trustee shall
then give them their proportionate share of principal and income.
Should either of my said children predecease me, or
die before my said daughter reaches the age of 21 years, leaVing
no child or children to sUL~ive, then I direct that the share
or portion of my Estate herein given to my deceased child shall
be given to my surviving child, or his or her issue, as herein-
before provided.
In the event my said daughter should reach the age
of 21 years at the time of my death, then I revoke the provi-
sions of the foregoing Trust and I direct that my Executor
hereinafter named shall payor distribute the net principal
and income to my two children aforesaid, in equal shares,
or to their respective issue, share and share alike, per stirpes.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my sister and
husband, Marilyn Barron and Rodger Barron, or the survivor
of them of 385 Pomela Street, Lake Alfred, Florida 33850,
Guardians of the person or any and all minor children, who may become

legatees or devisees under the terms of this my Last will
and Testament.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
Doris Jean Erwin, Executrix of this my last will and Testament.
In the event of her prior death or should she be
unwilling or unable to serve in that capacity, then I nominate,
constitute and appoint The Commonwealth National Bank, Harrisburg,
pennsylvania, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
