LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

JANE ELlZABEl'H LAUTERBACH
I, JANE ELIZABETH LAUTERBACH, of the Borough of New
Cumberland, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania, declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke any Will pre-
vious:q made by me.
ITEM 1. I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of my last
illness as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real, personal or mixed, which I may own or have a right to dispose
of at the time of my death unto my husband, Herbert P. Lauterbach,
as his property absolutely.
ITEM III. In the event my husband, Herbert, shall pre-
decease me or in the event that we should die under such circUIn-
stances that it cannot be determined which of us died first, I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate, real, personal or mixed, which
I may own or have a right to dispose of at the time of my death unto
my sons, James Herbert Lauterbach and Richard Thomas Lauterbach, or
the survivor of them, share and share alike. In the event either of
my sons shall predecease me leaving issue surviving, I give and
bequeath such deceased son's share in my estate unto his issue,
share and share alike.
