PETITION FIXING SECURITY
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW COMES, WM. A. KRAMER, 2ND, Administrator of the
Estate of Pearl E. Diven, Deceased, and files this Petition to
Fix Security, of which the following is a statement:
1. That Pearl E. Diven, residing at 337 North East
Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died intestate
on September 8, 1980.
2. That Letters of Administration were granted to your
Petitioner on September 30, 1980, by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. That no security has been entered by your Petitioner
with the Register of Wills.
4. That there is no know personal property of value in
the Estate, and no real estate has been sold previously.
5. That the decedent died seized of a parcel of real
estate located at 337 North East Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, consisting of a frame row house with frontage of 14.6
feet on North East Street and extending an even width a distance of
120 feet; See Deed Book "H", Volume 9, Page 56.

sell the aforesaid parcel of real estate to Alvin E. Eby and Maude
E. Eby, his wife, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the sum of $9,500.00.

of the filing or this Petition are as follows:

PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF ADMINISTRATOR
TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of WM. A. KRAMER, 2ND, respectfully represents:
1. That your Petitioner is Wm. A. Kramer, 2nd, of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. That Pearl E. Diven, died intestate on September 8,
1980, a resident of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. That the decedent was not survived by a spouse.
4. That the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return was
filed on May 12, 1981, in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. That a statement of Debts and Deductions was filed on
May 12, 1981, in the aforesaid Register's Office.
6. That the decedent's estate was insolvent, and no
Inheritance Tax was due.
7. That the decedent was survived by two sisters, Bertha
Stringfellow and Ella Green her sole heirs-at-law under the Intestate
Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

8. That your Petitioner posted a bond with the Insurance
Company of North America as surety in the amount of $3,000.00.
9. That your Petitioner filed his First and Final Account
and Schedule of Distribution on May 13, 1981, and said Account and
Schedule of Distribution was confirmed on June 16, 1981, by your
Honorable Court.
10. That the entire estate has been paid and transferred
to the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the aforesaid
Account and Schedule of Distribution, and no other money or property
belonging to the estate has been received by the Petitioner since
the confirmation of said account.
11. That all parties in interest as distributees have
signed Releases.
12. That the Insurance Company of North America, Surety,
has consented to the discharge of your Petitioner as Administrator
as evidenced by the Consent attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to dis-
charge him from the duties of his appointment and to release him and
his Surety from future liability on the bond given on his appointment.
