I.
In the event my husband, KENNETH E. GETTLE, survives me, then I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate to him, absolutely, and appoint him as
Executor of this Hill.
II.
If my husband, KENNETH E. GETTLE, shall not survive me, then the
following shall be my Last Hill and Testament:
1. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my three children,
share and share alike, namely, ROBERT K. GETTLE, DREIlDA FAY STAHl!, and
EDHARD E. GETTLE.
2. I hereby appoint my daughter, BRENDA FAY STAl'U,!, as Executrix of
this 1,111 and as testamentary guardian of any of my children "ho might not
have reached the age of tuenty-one (21) years at the time this Hill becomes
effective.

Sales, terms of sale, price, and exterior were verified
by a personal examination and/or interview with sales brokers.

that of the subject, since no two buildings are ever identical,
it was necessary to make adjustments on each comparable sale
and offering for sale as related to the subject property.
Consideration was given and adjustments were made on each

herein contained, and intending to he legally bound hereby, the parties hereto
mutually aw",e as follows:
1. Lot 1'\0. 5 on the said Final Subdivision Plan for Kenneth I'.. Gettle
Estate, dated November 21, 1980, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 39,
page 146, shall be distributed in kind to second party, Edward E. Gettle.
2. Lot No.4 on said Final Subdivision Plan shall be distributed in kind
to third party, Brenda Fay Stamm.
3. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) shall be
distributed to first party, Robert K. Gettle, as compensation for and in lieu of
distribution in kind of a Lot from the aforementioned Plan.
4. Except as herein contained, all other distribution shall be in ac-
cordance with the terms and conditions of the Last Will and Testament of the
said Thelma F. Gettle, deceased.
