I, William F. '~rkley, a resident of Lower Frankford Town-
ship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and
memory. do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore
made.
FIRST: I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, reduce
all of the assets of my estate, be they real estate, personal
property or other, of whatever kind and \~herever situate, to
cash I~ithin a reasonable time after my death for the purpose of
making distribution.
SECOND: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practicable after my decease.
THIRD: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and \{herever situate as follows:
(a) One-seventh thereof to my son, Roger ~larkley, of
R. D. 1, Newville, Pennsylvania.
(b) One -fourteenth to my granddaughter, Lisa ~lark1ey, of
R. D. 1, Newville, Pennsylvania.
(c) One-fourteenth to "lartha Harkley of R. D. 9, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
(d) One-seventh to my son, ~larlin Harkley, of R. D. 1,
Dover, Pennsylvania.
(e) One-seventh to my daughter, Charlotte l,larkley, of
R. D. 1, Newville, Pennsylvania.
(f) One- seventh to my son, William ~larkley, Jr., of
R. D. 4, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
(g) One-seventh to Betty Trimmer of 921 West South Street,

herein fail to survive me, his or hcr sharc shall be divided

FOURTH: If any person or institution entitled to share in
distribution under the tcrms of this will becomes an adverse
party in any procecding to contest thc probate of this will,
such person or institution shall forfeit his, her or its interest
hereunder and all provis ions in favor of such person or
institution shall bc void and of no effect. The share of such
person or institution so forfeited shall be added to and dis-
tributed as part of the remaining shares in the proportions
they now bcar to each othcr.
FIFTH: I hcreby nominate , constitute anti appoint Dean
Danner of R. D. 9, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament. In the event Dean Danner is
unable to serve as Exccutor for any reason whatsoever, then I
name, constitute and appoint William Markley, Jr. to be the
substitute Exe~utor.

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent priar to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable

inheritance To. Return is filed. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being
doimed should be attached to this schedule.
1\ family exemption may be claimed by a spouse al a decedent wha died domiciled in Pennsylvania. If there is
no 5pouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of the same
household can claim the exemplion. In the event there is no such spouse or child, the eXll'r11ption can be claimed by ,

ThOSE estates that become delinquent on or before December 31, 1981 will maintain
a constant interest rate. The rate in effect when the tax first becomes delinquent will
remain constant until the delinquent tax balance is paid in full.
Those estates that become delinquent on or after January 1, 1982 will cDntain a variable
interest rate. Thus. taxes that remain outstanding from calendar year to calendar year will
be subject to the different rates in effect on each January 1.
Interest is calculated as follows:
INTEREST = BALANCE OF UNPAID TAX X NUMBER OF DAYS X
DAILY INTEREST FACTOR.
If a tax balance remains outstanding for more than one calendar year. a separate interest
determination must be made for each year at the applicable rate. (Only one calculation
is necessary if the estate maintains the constant interest rate,)
Any Notice issued after the tax becomes delinquent will reflect an interest calculation to
fifteen (5) days beyond the date of the notice. If payment is made after the
interest computation date shown on the Notice, additional interest must be calculated.
To Remit Payment: Detach the top portion of this Notice and submit with your payment to the Register of Wills
of the county shown on the Notice.
