INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING SCHEDULE "A"
Schedule "A" should include 0 detailed description of all real property located in Pennsylvania
and held solely by the decedent ar held jointly with anather individual (s) as tenants in common. Listlhe
decedent's percentage of ownership and the estimated market value of the decedent's interest, (Property held
os joint tenants with the right of survivorship or tenants by entireties should be reported on Schedule "E".)
All real estate located in Pennsylvania should be described by lot and block number, street
address, number of acres and general description of land and buildings. Also, include the book and page
number in which the deed is recorded and the exactti tie as indicated an the deed. If the property has been
sold, attach 0 copy of the settlement sheet. If the property is subiectto a mortgage encumbrance, include
the name of the mortgagee, date, rate of interest and the outstanding balance on the date of death and
ottach a statement from the mortgagor veri/ying the outstanding bolonce.
Property taxes and interest on mortgages as of the dale of death, assessments and o!her
encumbrances should be listed an Schedule "F". Do not deduct them on Schedule "A".

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death arc deductible against his/her taxable
estate. In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items arc c10imable including the cost of
administrotion, ottorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstone
or grave marker and other related burial expenses.
All debts being claimed against an estate arc subiect to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tox Return is filed. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being
claimed shauld be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption may be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania. If there is
no spouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of the same
household can claim the exemption. In the event there is no such spouse or child, the eXllmption can be claimed by
a parent or parents wha are members af the same hausehold as the decedent. The familyexemptian is allowable only
against assets which pass by a will ar by the Pennsylvania Intestate Laws.
NOTE: Compensation paid to an estate representative; namely, an executor or administrator, for services
performed in administering an estate is reportable for Pennsylvania Income Tax purposes. This taxable income
item should be reported on form PA.40.lndividuallncame Tax Return.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING SCHEDULE "F"
1. If the family exemption is being claimed, indicate the claimant's name, address and his/her relationship to
the decedent. Enter "family exemptian" in the remarks column and the amount claimed in the amount column.
2. Assign consecutive numbers to each item listed.
3. Enter the date on which each debt was incurred and/ar paid.
4. Enter the names of each payee.
5. Pravide a brief explanation in the remarks column for each debt claimed.
6. Enter the amount of each debt being claimed.
7. The form must be signed by the person who has assumed the responsibility for paying the debts.

and Statement of Proposed Distribution of Zell R. Bonsall and
Luann E. Mortimore, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of
Lucille E. Bonsall, late of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, within the
time fixed by the Rules of Court, said Account is hereby confirmed
absolutely and the Schedule of Proposed Distribution is hereby
approved and Distribution is awarded in accordance therewith.
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that in accordance with
the said Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution as
confirmed by the Court, that the uistribution of the followine
described real estate of the decedent is hereby awarded to
decedent's two children, to wit, ZELL R. BONSALL and LUANN E.
MORTIMORE, as equal tenants in common, their heirs and assigns,
a description of which is as follows, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN House and Lot of Ground situate
on the North side of East Keller Street (Second
Ward) in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, known as Lot
No. 10 in the Plan of Lots as laid out bv the
American Realty Co., recorded in the Recorder's
Office in Carlisle, Pa., in Plan Book No.1, Page
45, bounded and described as follows, to wit:-
