Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of' sound and disposing
mind, memory and understandine, do hereby make, publish and
declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and ma.king void any and all 1,ill s, or writings in
the nature thereof, by me at any time hepetofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executor hereinftfter
named to pe.y all my just debt 8, funeral expenses, testamentary
expenses, and all Estate, Transfer, Inhepitance and Succession
Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done a.fter my death, out
of my residuary estate.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
be it real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate, I hereby give, devise end bequeath to my sister, Carrie
HcCabe, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, her heirs and assigns forever.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Roy E.
Hoffman to be the Executor of this, my last Will and Testament,
he to serve without a Bond in the State of Pennsylvania, or
elsel'1here.
