Fairview Township
York county, Pa.
pursuant to your request, we have appraised the captioned
property. This appraisal was made to estimate the current
market value.
Market value is defined as: At a given time, the highest
price in terms of money which a buyer would be warranted
in paying and seller justified in accepting; provided both
parties are fully informed, acted intelligently and further,
that all rights and benefits inherit in or attributed to
the property are included in the sale.
The property consists of a tract of ground, in two parcels,
located in Fairview Township, York county, Fa. situate at
the corner of Marsh Run Road and Granite Quarry Road. The
1st tract is .56 acreage and the second tract is .64 acreage
according to a survey done by Ralph c. smith. The land is
wooded, sloping upward from Granite Quarry Road. This ap-
praisal is conditioned upon the lots being able to pass perk
and probe tests and being able to have a dwelling erected
thereon.
The property, in our op~n~on, has an estimated reasonable
market value as of January 23, 1981 of $9500.00.
Employment in and compensation for making this appraisal
are in no manner contingent upon the value reported and we
certify that we have no financial interest in the property
appraised, present nor contemplated, or in any mortgage
secured thereby.

PETITION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Alice C. Coyer, Trustee respectfully
represents:
1. On November 5, 1980, the Last Will and Testament
of Howard A. Coyer, deceased, was probated with the Office
of the Register of Wills, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
docketed to Estate No. 21-80-703. A copy of said Will is
attached hereto, made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A".
2. Pursuant to a Codicil to said Will, dated September
8, 1979, Your Petitioner was appointed Trustee for a Two
Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) Dollar cash bequest to Michele
Coyer, a minor.
3. Pursuant to same said Codicil, the corpus of said
trust was to be placed in an interest bearing account,
further, to be distributed upon the said beneficiary attaining
the age of sixteen (16) years.
4. The trust will continue until May 29, 1995, at
which time Michele Coyer, will have attained the age of
sixteen (16) years of age.
