FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
wife, MARJORIE M. KNISLEY, as Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament. In the event that my wife shall predecease
me or be unable or unwilling to act as Executrix as aforesaid,
then I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, ELEANOR M.
KNISLEY, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH: I direct that all transfer and inheritance taxes,

state or federal, assessed because of my death, whether the
I funds, property or insurance proceeds to which such taxes are
attributable, pass under this will or not, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
SIXTH: I direct that my Executrix or her successor shall
not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of
their duties in any jurisdiction.
