testified as follows I
THE COURT I I think it would be best if you just
make a statement in a narrative form.
MR. BIETSCHI On September 16, 1975. Paul E. Gross.
who was then living in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, came to
my office for the purpose of reviewing and executing a last will
and testament. He had been in my office previously. had given me
the information for the preparation of the will. I had done so
according to that request.
When he came to my office on September 16, 1975.
he reviewed the document I had prepared, approved it, and proceeded
to execute it. The execution took place in the presence of myself
and my secretary, Janice Hertzler. and both of us subscribed our
names to the document following his execution as attesting wit-
nesses to his last will and testament. This all occurred, again,
on September 16, 1975. in my office in Carlisle. Pennsylvania.

there as being your signature?
MR. BIETSCHI Yes. I recognize the copy that is
hereto attached as being one that looks very much like the product
of my then typewriter, and I also recognize my signature and the
signature of my secretary. Janice Hertzler.
