children, JOHN EDWIN HANSON and ROY ALLAN HANSON. References in this
Will to "my Children" include these two children and any other lawful
children born to or adopted by me.
The following definitions obtain in any use of the terms in this
Will:
1. "Descendants" means the immediate and remote lawful,
lineal descendants of the person referred to, and it
means those descendants in being at the time they
must be ascertained in order to give effect to the
reference to them, whether they are born before or
after my death or of any other person. The persons
who take under this Will as Descendants shall take
by right of representation, in accordance with the
rule of per stirpes distribution and not in accordance
with the rule of per capita distribution. Persons
legally adopted when under the age of fourteen years
shall not be differentiated from blood descendants
for any purpose.
2. "Survive me" is to be construed to mean that the person
referred to must survive me by thirty days. If the
person referred to dies within thirty days of my death,
the reference to him shall be construed as if he had
failed to survive me.

PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND TAXES
1 direct my executor to pay the following before any division
or distribution under the following articles:
1. All of the expenses of my last illness, funeral and
of the administration of my estate.
2. All inheritance, transfer, estate and similar taxes
(including interest and penalties) assessed or payable
by reason of my death, on any property or interest
in my estate for the purpose of computing taxes. My
executor shall not require any beneficiary under this
will to reimburse my estate for taxes paid on property
passing under the terms of this will.
III
RESIDUARY ESTATE
A. I define "my Residuary Estate" as all of my property after
the payment of debts and taxes under Article 11 above, including real
and personal property, whenever acquired by me, property as to which
effective disposition is not otherwise made in this will, and property
as to which I have an option to purchase or a reversionary interest,
but excluding property as to which I have no interest other than a power
of appointment.
B. 1 give my Residuary Estate to my Husband if he survives me.
C. If my Husband does not survives me, 1 direct my executor to divide
my Residuary Estate into equal shares and to distribute those shares as
follows:
1. one share to each of my Children then living;
2. one share to the then living descendants of each of
my Children who is not then living.

APPOIN!}ffiNT OF EXECUTOR
1 appoint my Husband, EDWIN FRANCIS HANSON, as Executor of this Will.
If EDWIN FRANCIS HANSON is unable or unwilling to serve in this capacity,
I appoint my son, JOHN EDWIN HANSON, to serve instead. If JOHN EDWIN
HANSON is unable or unwilling to serve in this capacity, I appoint my
son, ROY ALLAN HANSON, to serve instead. 1 request that my executor
not be required to furnish bond or securities.

Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared
JANE JEANNETTE HANSON, Ernest 1', Peluso ,Dixie Lee Stoner ,
and Rosa A. Ortiz , known to me to be the testatrix and the witnesses,
respectively, whose names are subscribed to the annexed or foregoing instrument
in their respective capacities, and all of said persons being by me duly sworn
the said JANE JEANNETTE HANSON, testatrix, declared to me and to the said
witnesses, in my presence that said instrument is her LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
and that she had willingly made and executed it as her free act and deed for
the purposes therein expressed; and the said witnesses, each on his oath,
stated to me, in the presence and hearing of the said testatrix that the said
testatrix had declared to them that said instrument is her LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, and that she executed same as such and wanted each of them to sign
it as a witness; and upon their oaths each witness stated further that they
did sign the same as witnesses in the presence of the said testatrix and at
her request; that she was at that time eighteen years of age or over or being
under such age, was or had been lawfully married, or was then a member of
the armed forces of the United States or of an auxiliary thereof or of the
Maritime Service and was of sound mind; and that each of said witnesses was
then at least fourteen years of age.

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by Ihe decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable estate.
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are claimable including the cost of administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstone or grave marker.
All debts being claimed against an eslate are subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is filed. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liabilitY for Ihe debts being claimed
should be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption of $2,000 may be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania,
If there is no spouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of
the same household can claim the exemption. In the event there is no such spouse or child, the exemption can be
claimed by a parent or parents who are members of the same household as the decedent. The family exemption is
allowable only against assets which pass by a will or by the Pennsylvania Intestate Laws.

decedent. Enter "family exemption" in the remarks column and the amount claimed in the amount column.
2. Assign consecutive numbers to each item listed.
3. Enter the date on which each debt was incurred and/or paid.
4. Enter the names of each payee.
5. Provide a brief explanation in the remarks column for each debt claimed.
6. Enter the amount of each debt being claimed.
7. The form must be signed by the person who has assumed the responsibilitY for paying the debts.

Tax on a future interest is payable within three (3) months after the transfer takes effect in possession and
enjoyment and is delinquent thereafter (72 P.S. ~ 2485- 7121. Calculate interest from the delinquent date shown

1. PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN
Section 701 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1961 provides that the following persons shall prepare and lile
a retum:
a. The personal representative of the estate of the decedent as to property of the decedent administered by him
and such additional property which is or may be subject to Inheritance Tax of which he/she shall have or
aCQui re knowl edge;
b. The transferee of property upon the transfer of which Inheritance Tax is or may be imposed by the 1961 Statute,
including a trustee of property transferred in trust, provided that no separate return need be made by the transferee
of property included in the return of a personal representative.
2, PLACE FOR FILING
The return is to be filed in duplicate with the Register of Wills of the county wherein the decedent resided.
3. TIME FOR FILING
The return is due nine months after the decedent's death, unless an extension for filing has been applied for and
granted by the Secretary of Revenue within the nine-month period.
4. FAILURE TO FILE RETURN
Section 791 of the 1961 Statute provides that" . . .any person who willfully fails to file a return or other report
required of him. . .shall be personally liable. . .to a penalty of 25% of the tax ultimately found to be due or $1,000
whichever is the lesser to be recovered by the Department of Revenue as debts of like amount are recoverable by
law."
5. TAX RATES
Inheritance Tax is payable at the rate of 6% on transfers to lineal descendants, such as father, mother, husband, wife,
son, daughter, grandchildren, grandparent, son-in-law and daughter-in-law and at the rate of 15% as to all others.
6. PAYMENT OF TAX
The tax assessed on the transfer of property reported in the return is due 9 months after the decedent's death, Interest
at the rate of6% per annum accrues thereafter until payment is made. All payments received are first applied to any
interest which may be due with any remainder applied to the tax. IF TAX IS PAlO WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE
DECEDENT'S DEATH, A DISCOUNT OF 5% OF THE TAX PAYMENT IS ALLOWED.
All checks should be made payable to the Register of Wills of the county wherein the decedent resided and are
received subject to the final determination of the Department of Revenue.
7. FAILURE TO PAY
The taxes imposed, together with any interest thereon, are a lien upon real property, which lien remains in effect until
the taxes and interest have been paid in full. The taxes may be sued for against any real property in the decedent's
estate or againslany property belonging to a transferee liable for the tax.
8. FILlNGDF FALSE RETURN
Any person who willfully makes a false return or report required of him shall, in accordance with Section 793 of the
1961 Statute, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a line not exceeding
$1,000 or undergo imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.
NOTE: Compensation paid to an estate representative; namely, an execulor or administrator, for services performed
in administering an estate is reportable for Pennsylvania Income Tax purposes. This taxable income item should be
reported on form P A-40-lndividuallncome Tax Return.

decedent's percentage of ownership and the estimated market value of the decedent's interest. (Property held
as joint tenants with the right of survivorship or tenants by entireties should be reported on Schedule "E".)
All real estate located in Pennsylvania should be described by lot and block number, street
address, number of acres and general description of land and buildings, Also, include the book and page
number in which the deed is recorded and the exact title as indicated on the deed. If the property has been
sold, attach a copy of the settlement sheet. If the property is subject to a mortgage encumbrance, include
the name of the mortgagee, date, rate of interest and the outstanding balance on the date of death and
attach a statement from the mortgagor verifying the outstanding balance.

PAYMENT OF DEUTS AND TAXES
I direct my executor to pay the following before any division
or distribution under the following articles:
1. All of the expenses of my last illness, funeral and
of the administration of my estate.
2. All inheritance, transfer, estate and similar taxes
(including interest and penalties) assessed or payable
by reason of my death, on any property or interest
in my estate for the purpose of computing taxes. My
~xecutor shall not require any beneficiary under this
will to reimburse my estate for taxes paid on property
passing under the terms of this will.
III
RESIDUARY ESTATE
.
A. I define "my Residuary Estate" as all of my property after
the payment of debts and taxes under Article II above, including real
and personal property, whenever acquired by me, property as to which
effective disposition is not otherwise made in this will, and property
as to which I have an option to purchase or a reversionary interest,
but excluding property as to which I have no interest other than a power
of appointment.
B. I give my Residuary Estate to my Husband if he survives me.
C. If my Husband does not survives me, I direct my executor to divide
my Residuary Estate into equal shares and to distribute those shares as
follows:
)
1. one share to each of my Children then living;
2. one share to the then living descendants of each of
my Children who is not then living.

APPOIN~IENT OF EXECUTOR
I appoint my Husband, FnWIN FRANCIS HANSON, as Executor of this Will.
If EDWIN FRANCIS HANSON is unable or unwilling to serve in this capacity,
I appoint my son, JOHN EDWIN HANSON, to serve instead. If JOHN EDWIN
HANSON is unable or unwilling to serve in this capacity, I appoint my
son, ROY ALLAN HANSON, to serve instead. I request that my executor
not be required to furnish bond or securities.
