mind, memory and underc;tand ing, do make, publish and decl are this
my Last Will and 'l'et;tamcnt.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenes
as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, of whatsoever natlJre and wheresoever situate, to my
wife, Ernestine B. Fetrow, her heirs and assigns, absolutely and
unconditionally.
3.
In the event that my wife, Ernestine B. Fetrow, should prede-
cease me, or should she die at about the same time as I do, such as
in an accident common to both of us, then in such event, I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, personal and mixed and
wheresoever the same may be situate, to my daughter, Susan A.
Fetrow.
Should my wife, Ernestine B. Fetrow, so predecease me, then
in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint The First Bank
and Trust Company of fvlechanicsb'Jrg, Pa., guardian of the estate of
my daugllter, Susan A. Fetrow, for Bnd during the term of her minority,
hereby directing said i;uarciian to expend the principal as well as
the income of my said da'.1[;hter':3 e~;tate to ensure her comfortable
care, support and maintenance, particularly to expend said funds
