LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, W, H. BURD A/K/A WILLIAM H. BURD, Widower, of Center Township,
Perry County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills, codicils and other
testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct my Executrices, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as prac-
ticable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of my last
illness and burial.
2,
I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars
unto each of my grandsons, William H. Burd and Kerry Preun.
3,
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate unto my children, Vivian A. Boyer, Betty E. Preun,
Geraldine A. Rynard, Josephine M. Sowers, Joyce Klutz and Gary E. Burd,
equally, share and share alike.
4.
I appoint Sandra Rice Burd guardian of any property which passes,
either under this Will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to
which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise
specifically done so. Such guardian shall have the power to use prin-
cipal as well as income from time to time for the minor's education,
support and welfare without regard to his parent's ability to provide
for such education, support or welfare or to any person taking care of
the minor.
5.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Vivian A. Boyer and
Betty E. Preun, and the survivor of them, as execur.rices of this my
