I, Cecelia Israel, of Oarlisle, Cumberland Oounty, Pennsyl-
vania, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby
revoking all former wills heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done
after my death.
2. I authorize and empower my executors to sell and convey
in fee simple, any realty olmed by me at my death, at either publiC
ivate sale in their dlBcretion, during the period of one year

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CECELIA ISRAEL
to operate, for a period of one year after my decease, any business or
businesses in which I may be engaged at the time of my death.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, share and
share alike, to Marcia I. Grafman and Robert S. Israel.
4. I nominate and ap~oint Marcia I. Grafman and Robert S.
Israel to be the executors of this my last will and testament. 8hould
either one not survive me, or be under the age of twenty one years,
or die leaving any of my estate unadministered,or refuse to serve
for any reason, then the other of the two executors shall be the sole
executor hereof, with the same powers.
