PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
The balance for distribution in the hands of Samuel C. Baker,
Administrator of the Estate of Lottie G. Baker, deceased, as
appears by The First and Final Account is: $ 12,600.00
The aforesaid balance in the hands of the Administrator consists
of the following described real estate valued at appraised value.
ALL that certain lot of land situate in the Borough of
LeQoyne (formerly Lower Allen Township) Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly designated and described as
follows:
BEING Lot No. 40, Section 3, in a plan of lots known
as Plan No.1, of Riverton, Pa., the said Plan being recorded
in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
at Carlisle, in Deed Book "J", Vol. 4, Page 40. Said lot
fronting thirty-five (35) feet on Herman Avenue, and extend-
ing in a northerly direction the same width, one hundred fifty
(150) feet to Peach Alley.
BEING the same premises which Dauphin Deposit Trust
Company by its Deed dated Dec. 28, 1935 and recorded in the
Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "P",
Vol. 11, Page 74, granted and conveyed unto Lottie G. Baker.

wealth and County, personally appeared SAMUEL C. BAKER, Administrator
of the Estate of Lottie G. Baker, late of the Borough of Lemoyne,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, who, being
duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that the foreboing
Account is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief,
and that the hereunto attached statement contains the names (*) of
all unpaid claimants who have given written notice of their claims
to the Accountant or to William L. Sunday, attorney, as well as the
names (**) of all persons known to the Accountant to have an interest
in the Estate as beneficiary, heir or next of kin, and that they have

(-~, M, E.D.S.T., it appearing that The First and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution of Samuel C. Baker, Administrator
of the Estate of Lottie G. Baker, late of the Borough of Lemoyne,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, have been duly filed
and advertised in accordance with law and Rules of Court, and the
First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution have
been confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County _
Orphans' Court Division, Pennsylvania on August 24 , 1982, and it
further appearing that the said Samuel C. Baker, Ellen E. Shuff,
Glenn S. Baker, Daniel W. Baker and John L. Baker are the sole
heirs
and distributees in the Estate of Lottie G. Baker, deceased,
and it further appearing that the said Administrator has in his
Proposed Schedule of Distribution claimed credit for the distribution
of said real estate in kind to Samuel C. Baker, Ellen E. Shuff,
Glenn S. Baker, Daniel W. Baker and John L. Baker as tenants in COmmon
as hereinafter set forth.
'NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that,

John L. Baker pursuant to the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of
1972, Chapter 35, Section 3536.

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable
estate. In addition to d"bts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are claimable including the cost of
odministrotion, atlarr.er fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial exponses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstone
or grave marker on~ other related buriol expenses,
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is filed. Evidence.to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being
claimed should be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption may be claimed by a spouse of D decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania. If there is
no spouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of the some
household can claim the exemption. In the event there is no such spouse or child, the eXllmption Con be claimed by
a parent or parents who are members of the same household as the decedent. The family eX~mptian is allowable only
against assets which pass by a will or by the Pennsylvonia Intestote Laws.
NOTE: Compensation paid to an estate representative; namely, an executor or administrator, for services
performed in administering an estate is reportable for Pennsylvania Income Tax purposes. This taxable income
item should be reported on farm PA.40.lndividuallnca';'e Tax Return.
