I, EDNA M. STROMINGER, of Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be a Codicil
to My Last Will and Testament dated December 30, 1960.
1. I give and devise my house and lot in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, unto my daughter, Evelyn M. Haring,
for and during the term of her natural life, subject to the condi-
tions hereinafter set forth.
2. Upon the death of my daughter, Evelyn M. Haring, or
if she shall cease to occupy the premises as her residence, full
time or part time, I direct that the above mentioned house and lot
shall be sold by my personal representative upon such terms and
conditions as to my personal representative, Executrix or Executor
shall appear most advantageous to my estate.
3. I direct that the proceeds of the sale of my real
estate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania shall
be delivered to Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, to be held by said
Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, in trust, in accordance with the
terms in the Agreement of Trust dated September 3, 1970, between
me as Settlor and said Trust Company as Trustee with the same
force and effect as if the above mentioned proceeds of sale of
my real estate had been a part of the originally created trust
fund.
4. I hereby republish all terms of my Will of December
30, 1960, which are not inconsistent herewith.
Lastly, I hereby appoint as Executor of this, my Will,
in case my daughter, Evelyn M. Haring, is not living at the time
of my death, Dauphin Deposit Trust Company.

of 1961 (72 P,S, section 24851.
If the tax is paid within three (3) months after Ihe decedent's death, a discount of 5% of the lax paid is allowed.

I, EDNA M. STROMINGER, of Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be a Codicil
to My Last Will and Testament dated December 30, 1960.
1. I give and devise my house and lot in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, unto my daughter. Evelyn M. Haring,
for and during the term of her natural life, subject to the condi-
tions hereinafter set forth.
2. Upon the death of my daughter, Evelyn M. Haring, or
if she shall cease to occupy the premises as her residence, full
time or part time, I direct that the above mentioned house and lot
shall be sold by my personal representative upon such terms and
conditions as to my personal representative, Executrix or Executor
shall appear most advantageous to my estate.
3. I direct that the proceeds of the sale of my real
estate in Hampden Township, cumberland County, pennsylvania shall
be delivered to Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, to be held by said
Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, in trust, in accordance with the
terms in the Agreement of Trust dated September 3, 1970, between
me as Settlor and said Trust Company as Trustee with the same
force and effect as if the above mentioned proceeds of sale of
my real estate had been a part of the originally created trust
fund.
4. I hereby republish all terms of my Will of December
30, 1960, which are n9t inconsistent herewith.
Lastly, I hereby appoint as Executor of this, my Will,
in case my daughter, Evelyn M. Haring, is not. living at the time
of my death. Dauphin Deposit Trust Company.

In reference to your letter of 31 August 1981 regarding
The Estate of Edna Strominger. the two accounts you have
referred to are in fact the same account. When Southeast
Banking Corporation acquired Jensen Beach Bank they converted
all account numbers to a new account number in order to
consolidate all Branches, The correct account number should
read 700 034978.
The account was opened on 23 November 1973 and was held
jointly with her daughter, Evelyn Haring from 19 December
1979. At the present time and at the date of death the balance ,
is and was two hundred thiry-one dollars and three cents ($231. 03).-/
In order to close this account we require a certified copy of the
Letters of Administration and a certified copy of the Death
Certificate; if the Letters do not reference the date of death.
