LAST WILL AND TEST~IENT
OF
LILLIAN RUSSELL BAXTER WEIR
I, LILLIAN RUSSELL BAXTER WEIR, of Camp Hi11r
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish
and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testamentr
hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills or
writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND: All of the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath
to my daughterr MARY REBECCA WEIR, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
if she survives me by thirty days, but if she does not survive
me by thirty days, I give the residue of my estate to my
daughter, JANICE VIRGINIA WEIR ETSHIED, of Camp Hill, Pennsyl-
vania.
THIRD: In the event both of my daughters, MARY
REBECCA WEIR and JANICE VIRGINIA WEIR ETSHIEDr should predecease
me, I then giver devise and bequeath all of the residue of
my estate in equal shares to the heirs of MARY REBECCA WEIR
and JANICE VIRGINIA WEIR ETSHIED.
FOURTH: In the event any of my beneficiaries are
minors I direct that my Executor act in the capacity of
Trustee for such minors without the intervention of a guardian,

such trust to terminate as to each minor when she or he
attains the age of twenty-one years.
FIFTH: My Executor and Trustee shall have the following
powers, in addition to those given by law, applicable to all
propertYr principal and income, and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(a) To retain any or all property;
(b) To invest in all forms of propertYr including
stocks, common trust funds and real estate, without restriction
to legal investments for fiduciaries, or to keep cash in bank
uninvested, as he deems proper;
(c) To purchase investments at a premium or discount;
(d) To give proxies;
(e) To sell real and personal property both for
purposes of administration and distribution, at public or
private sale, for cash and/or creditr without liability on
the purchasers to see to the application of the purchase money;
(f) To lease real property, even for more than five
years, and to repair and improve real property;
(g) To compromise any claims by or against the trust
fund;
(h) To apply all sums payable to a beneficiary
hereunder, in case of the disability (through illness or
other cause) of such beneficiary, directly for his or her
comfort and support;
(i) To make distribution hereunder, either in cash or
in kind, at valuations to be determined by him;
(j) To execute and deliver all instruments of writing

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable estate,
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are claimable including the cost of administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstone or grave marker.
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is filed, Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being claimed
should be attached to this schedule,
A family exemption of $2,000 may be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania,
If there is no spouse, or If the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of
the same household can claim the exemption, In the event there is no such spouse or child, the exemption can be
claimed by a parent or parents who are members of the same household as the decedent, The family exemption is
allowable only against assets which pass by a will or by the Pennsylvania Intestate Laws.
