FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, be it real, personal or mixed to my two sons, Dennis S. Hockensmith and Keith E. Hockensmith, or their heirs equally, share and share alike. If my son, Keith E. Hockensmith, has not reached the age of 21 at the time of my death, I then give, devise, and bequeath his share of my estate to his brother, Dennis S. Hockensmith, in trust, nevertheless to pay the income and as much of the principal as he deems necessary for the care, main- tenance, education and support of Keith E.
