LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Chester S. Hockensmith, a resident of Upper Mifflin
Township, Cumberland County, State of Pennsylvania, being of
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills
by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently
done after my decease.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, be
it real, personal or mixed to my two sons, Dennis S. Hockensmith
and Keith E. Hockensmith, or their heirs equally, share and
share alike. If my son, Keith E. Hockensmith, has not reached
the age of 21 at the time of my death, I then give, devise, and
bequeath his share of my estate to his brother, Dennis S.
Hockensmith, in trust, nevertheless to pay the income and as
much of the principal as he deems necessary for the care, main-
tenance, education and support of Keith E. Hockensmith and to
pay the principal and any accumulated income to Keith E.
Hockensmith when he reaches the age of 21.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Dennis S.
Hockensmith to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this my Last Will and Testament, written on one (1) sheet of

and wife. The said Gladys P. Hockensmith died on
November 20, 1972, vesting title in fee simple in
Chester S. Hockensmith. The said tract of land
is subject, however, to the equitable ownership
interests of Robert O. Bouder and Ruby J. Bouder,
husband and wife, pursuant to written agreement
of sale dated November 18, 1981 entered by Dennis
S. Hockensmith, Executor of the Estate of Chester
S. Hockensmith and joined by Dennis S. Hockensmith

30 minutes West a distance of 10.9 perches or 179.85 feet, more
or less, to a stone at the Place of BEGINNING.
The above described Tract No. 2 contains 2 Acres and
136 perches, more or less.
The above described Tracts Nos. 1 and 2 collectively
contain a total of 3.259 acres, more or less, and have thereon
erected a frame dwelling house and frame barn.
BEING the same two tracts of land which Joseph B. Hurley
and wife by deed dated March 29, 1954 and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed
Book "R", Vol. 15, Page 116, granted and conveyed to Chester S.
Hockensmith and Gladys P. Hockensmith, husband and wife. The
said Gladys P. Hockensmith died on November 20, 1972, vesting
title in fee simple in Chester S. Hockensmith. The said Chester S.
Hockensmith died testate on January 15, 1981, and in his last
Will and Testatment dated June 23, 1973, and duly probated in the
Office of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Will Book 84, Page 839, appointed Dennis S.
Hockensmith, the Executor of his Estate. The said Dennis S.
Hockensmith and Keith E. Hockensmith are the residuary legatees
under the last Will and Testament of Chester S. Hockensmith.
Under and subject nevertheless to the rights of Robert O.
Bouder and Ruby J. Bouder, husband and wife, pursuant to written
Agreement of Sale dated November 18, 1981 between the said
Robert O. and Ruby J. Bouder, husband and wife, and Dennis S.
Hockensmith, Executor of the last Will and Testament of Chester S.
Hockensmith, which written Agreement of Sale was joined in by
Keith E. Hockensmith and Dennis S. Hockensmith as residuary legatees.
Said Agreement of Sale is recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds aforesaid in Misc Book 271, Page 570.
AND, the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
is directed to record a certified copy of this Decree and index
the Decree as a conveyance from Chester S. Hockensmith to Dennis S.
Hockensmith and Keith E. Hockensmith, as equal tenants in common.

thereof. It also sets forth in the columns provided therefore the assessed valuation of each of se.id
parcels, the estimated market value thereof as of date of death of decedent.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Chester S. Hockensmith, a resident of Upper Mifflin .
Township, Cumberland County, State of Pennsylvania, being of
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills
by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently'
done after my decease.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, be
it real, personal or mixed to my two sons, Dennis S. Hockensmith
and Keith E. Hockensmith, or their heirs equally, share and
share alike. If my son, Keith E. Hockensmith, has not reached
the age of 21 at the time of my death, I then give, devise, and
bequeath his share of my estate to his brother, Dennis S.
Hockensmith, in trust, nevertheless to pay the income and as
much of the principal as he deems necessary for the care, main-

tenance, education and support of Keith E. Hockensmith and to
pay the principal and any accumulated income to Keith E.
Hockensmith when he reaches the age of 21.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Dennis S.
Hockensmith to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
