110 North East Street, and having thereon
erected a two-story brick dwelling house.
IT BEING the same property which Marshall W.
Spotts and Dorothy H. Spotts, his wife, by
their deed dated May 26, 1951, and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for the County of Cumberland and Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania in Deed Book "Q",
Volume 14, Page 441, granted and conveyed
unto Herman H. Donsen and Edna H. Donsen,
his wife, as Tenants by the Entireties. The
said Herman H. Donsen having died November 14,
1972, title vested entirely in the said
Edna H. Donsen, a/k/a Edna M. Donsen,

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable estate.
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are ciaimable including the cost of administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tomhstone or grove marker.
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is filed. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being claimed
should be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption of $2,000 may be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania.
If there is no spouse, or if the spouse has forfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of
the same household can claim the exemption. In the event there is no such spouse or child, the exemption can be
claimed by a parent or parents who are members of the same household as the decedent. The family exemption is
allowable only against assets which pass by a will or by the Pennsyivania Intestate Laws.

DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE
AND NOW,~ ~ , 1981, the First and Final Account
of John R. Donsen, Executor of the Estate of Edna M. Donsen,
together with a Statement of Proposed Distribution thereon,
having been presented to the Court on August 25, 1981, and the
same having been confirmed and distribution awarded in
accordance therewith, the Court does hereby award, decree and
confirm unto JOHN R. DONSEN, his heirs and assigns, all the
right, title and interest of the said Edna M. Donsen in and to
the following described real estate:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground, with the
improvements thereon erected, situate in the
First lVard of the Borough of Carlisle, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
On the East by North East Street; on the North
by property now or formerly of William Tarman; on
the West by property now or formerly of Marshall
W. Spotts and Dorothy H. Spotts, his wife; and on
the South by other property now or formerly of
Marshall W. Spotts and Dorothy H. Spotts, his
wife, of which this property was formerly a part.
Containing Eighteen (18) feet, more or less, in
front on North East Street and extending in depth
Forty-nine (49) feet, more or less.
HAVING thereon erected a two-story brick dwelling
house, known and numbered as 110 North East Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Marshall W. Spotts
and DorothyH. Spotts, by their Deed dated May 26, 1951,
and being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "Q",
Volume 14, Page 441, granted and conveyed unto
Herman H. Donsen and Edna H. Donsen, his wife, as
Tenants by the Entireties. The said Herman H. Donsen
having died November 14, 1972, title vested entirely
in Edna H. Donsen, a/k/a Edna M. Donsen. The said
Edna H. Donsen, a/k/a Edna J.I. Donsen, died January 11,
1981, and Letters Testamentary were issued on February
4, 1981, to John R. Donsen in accordance with the
Last Will and Testament duly probated and appearing
