Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last IVi.lI and revoke any "ill prcviously made
by me.
Item 1. 1 give and bequeath to my frionds, ROGER L. HaGEL, and JEAN J. ~fJGEL,
his "ife, or to the survivor of them, if they or one of them shall survive my death,
all of my household goods, automobiles, jC\,elry, and all other articles of household
and personal use, equipment, and ornament, IVith all insurance thereon and relating
thereto as they shall select and choose to have. All such items "hich Roger L. Mogel
and Jean J. Moge 1., or the survivor of them, shall not select and choose to have for
themselves, I givc and bequeath to be divided equally betIVeen my cousins, EVELYN

my death, 1 give and bequeath all such items to my four cousins, Evelyn Smith, Hennan
Smith, Paul Smith, and Ray Smith, or such of them as shall survive my death, to be
equally divided among them. Further, I direct that the division mnong all persons
taking under this Item I of this my last "ill shall be in such manner as the parties
so dividing such property may agree or, if they arc not able to agree as to the

this my last will.
Item V. In the event any legatee or devisee named in this will dies under such
circumstances that there is not sufficient evidence to determine absolutely whether
such legatee or devisee survive me, I direct such legatee or devisee shall be
presumed to have predeceased me and I devise and bequeath the gift in favor of that
legatee or devisee to such persons and such manner and in such proportion as set forth
in this my last will for distribution if the legatee or devisee predeceased me.
Item VI. I appoint ROGER L. MXEL and JEAN J. MXEL, co-executor and co-executrix
of this my last will. Should either predecease me or otherwise fail to qualify or
cease to serve as executor or executrix, I appoint the other to serve individually.
Should both predecease me or otherwise fail to qualify or cease to serve as executor

I, FLORENCE H. LONG, of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made
by me.
Item I. I give and l;Jequeath to my friends, ROGER L. mGEL, and JEAN J. ~IJGEL,
his wife, or to the survivor of them, if they or one of them shall survive my death,
all of my household goods, automobiles,. jewelry, and all other articles of household
and personal use, equipment, and ornament, with all insurance thereon and relating
thereto as they shall select and choose to have. All such items which Roger L. Hogel
and Jean J. Mogel, or the survivor of them, shall not select and choose to have for
themselves, I give and bequeath to be divided equally between my cousins, EVELYN
SMITH of R.D.H1, Richland, Pennsylvania, ~ffiRMAN SMITH of R.D."l, Newmanstown,
Pennsylvania, PAUL ~IITH of Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania, and RAY SMITH of Manheim,
