Nezi, pro se, and respectfully represents to your Honorable Court that: 1. Petitioner, Marie T. Nezi, resides at 6120 Stephen's Cr.ossing, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl- vania, along with her husband, Joseph A. Nezi, and their two minor daugh ters, 'l'ara L. Nezi, age 7, and Michelle T. Nezi, age 11. 2. Petitioner is the natural mother of her said two minor daughters, Tara L. Nezi and Michelle T. Nezi. 3. Tara L. Nezi and Michelle T. Nezi, minors as aforesaid, by operation of law became the owners of two individual bank accounts in The Bowery (National Bank) of New York City, New York, each in the principle amount of $1,000, which bank aCcounts were held in their respective names by Charles Franko (formerly of 784 Hugby Road, Brooklyn, New York), their maternal great-grandfather, as trustee, until his death in April of 1980. 4. Because Tara L. Nezi and Michelle T. Nezi are minors it is now necessary that a guardian of thei.r above described property be appointed in order to safeguard and manage it for their benefit. 5. Petitioner, as the natural mother of Tara L. Nezi and Michelle T. Nezi, minors, and being of a Sound and competent mind, believes that she is best qualified to serve as guardian , of the IIbove dmlcribed property of her said minor daughters, and I '......r. Nezi, of 6120 Stephen's Cl"osoing, Hampden 'l'ownohip, Cumberland COllnty, Pennsylvania, to Hwear, depose and say that she has petitioned the Court of Common Plcas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to appoint her guardian of certain property of her minor daughters, Tara L. Nezi and Michelle T.
