I, RUTH H. STOllER, of the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ARTICLE I
I direct my Executrices hereinafter named to pay my just
debts and funeral expenses and all inheritance and succession
taxes.
ARTICLE II
I give and bequeath unto RUTH KEGRIS MEEHLING my diamond
ring.
ARTICLE III
I give and bequeath unto PHYLLIS BAKER BO~lAN my ring with
three rubies.
ARTICLE IV
I give and bequeath unto VIRGINIA KEGRIS TEETS my new watch
and my diamond ring with three diamonds.
ARTICLE V
I give and bequeath the remainder of my household goods unto
my sisters living at the time of my death, with the request that,
after choosing any item they may wish for themselves, they share
the remainder among all my nieces.
ARTICLE VI
I give and bequeath the sum of Tv.u Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)
unto the TruBtees of REHOBETH ~1. E. CHURCH CEHETERY near Ieesburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and the sum of 'l\oIo Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($250.00) unto the Trustees of JACKSONVILLE rnlETERY, \\alnut Botton,
CUrrberland County, pennsylvania, for their use in the upkeep of the

ARTICLE XI

I give and devise my rasidence proparty unto JOliN DYSERT and
GRACE BAKER DYSERT, his wife, for and during their joint lives and
the life of the Burvivor, provided that they keep the property in-
Bured and in good rapair and pay all taxeB when due. At the death
of the survivor, or in the event the said John DYBert and Grace
Baker Dysert, and the Burvivor of them, fail to perform the con-
ditions above set forth, I direct that the property be sold by my
\
surviving Executrices, and the proceeds divided equally among those
of my nieces named in the preceding paragraph who survive the sur-
vivor of the life tenants.
ARTICLE XII
I give and bequeath unto RUTH KEGRIS MEEHLING and VIRGINIA
KEGRIS TEETS, each, a color television set.
If my niece, GRACE BAKER DYSERT, has not purchased a new refrig-
erator within three years of my death, I give and bequeath to her my

refrigerator.
ARTICLE XIV
All the rest, residue and reaminder of my estate of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto
those of my nieces and others named in Articles VIII, IX and X of
this Will who survive me.
ARTICLE XV
I name, constitute and appoint GRACE BAKER DYSERT, RUTH KEGRIS
MEEHLING and VIRGINIA KEGRIS TEETS to be the Executrices of this, my
Will, and I deBire that any who may be nonresidents of pennsylvania
be excUBed from the entry of security as such and direct that the
assets of my estate remain at all times under the control of those
of my Executrices who are a resident of pennsylvania.

4. Virginia Kegris Teets, the third appointed Executrix of the Estate is now
deceased .
5. Administration of the Estate of Ruth H. Stoner is complete, with the exception
of the administration of the real estate located at 418 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in which a Life Estate was granted under Item XI of the Will of Ruth H.
Stoner to John and Grace Dysert, and in which a remainder interest in the property was granted
to various nieces of Ruth H. Stoner.
6. Grace Dysert, by her Power of Attorney, Sandra A. Nicholas, has indicated a
willingness to agree to the early termination of Grace Dysert's Life Estate, her husband John
having previously died, in order that the property at 418 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania, can be sold to a third party for $75,000.
7. All of the surviving remaindermen, being nieces of Ruth H. Stoner, have
consented to the early termination of the Life Estate of Grace Dysert, and have consented to the
sale of the real estate with the distribution of the net proceeds of sale among the eight (8)
surviving nieces of Ruth H. Stoner as set forth in Item XI of the Will, including Grace Dysert.

Copies of the Consents of the surviving nieces to the proposed sale and distribution of proceeds
are attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and are incorporated herein by reference,
8. Petitioner, as Executrix of the Estate of Ruth H. Stoner, is willing to execute a
Deed conveying the real estate located at 418 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, to a
third party buyer, and to distribute the net proceeds of the sale after payment of the expenses
of sale, which would include transfer taxes and inheritance taxes, as long as a Court Order is
entered approving the sale and the proposed distribution.
9. By reason of the aforesaid, Petitioner hereby requests the Court to authorize the
early termination of the Life Estate of Grace Baker Dysert in the property at 418 Hummel
Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, and the sale of the property for $75,000 to a third party buyer,
pursuant to a Deed to be executed by Petitioner, alone, on behalf of the Estate.
10. Petitioner further requests the Court to enter an Order authorizing her to distribute
the net proceeds of the sale in eight (8) equal shares to: Grace Baker Dysert; Phyllis Baker
Bowman; Elizabeth Baker Bowman; Betty Kegris Campbell; Marie Blynn; Elizabeth Blynn
Ewan; Beatrice Blynn Campbell; and Ruth Kegris Meehling, all in accordance with the Consents
of those individuals attached to this Petition as Exhibit "A".

CONSENT
I, BETTY KEGRlS CAMPBELL, being one of the nieces of Ruth H. Stoner specified
in Article X of her Last Will and Testament dated September 7, 1979, which Will was duly
probated by the Orphan's Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby consent to the
following actions to be taken by the representatives of the Estate: following:
1. I consent to the sale of the property located at 418 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania, to a third party for $75,000;
2. I consent to the distribution of the net proceeds of the sale after payment of all
costs of sale and inheritance taxes on the proceeds, which taxes I understand
could amount to at least 15 % of the sales price;
3. I further consent to the distribution of the net proceeds equally among the eight
(8) surviving nieces of Ruth H. Stoner as follows: Grace Baker Dysert, Phyllis
Baker Bowman, Ruth Kegris Meehling, Elizabeth Kegris Burk, Betty Kegris
Campbell,' Marie Blynn, Elizabeth Blynn Ewan, and Beatrice Blynn Campbell.
I consent to such distribution, irrespective of the provisions of Article XI which
arguably could support a contrary interpretation.
4. I hereby request the Court to enter an appropriate Order authorizing the sale in
accordance with the terms of this Consent.

I, RUTH KEGRlS MEEHLlLNG, being one of the nieces of Ruth H. Stoner specified
in Article X of her Last Will and Testament dated September 7, 1979, which Will was duly
probated by the Orphan's Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby consent to the
following actions to be taken by the representatives of the Estate: following:
1. I consent to the sale of the property located at 418 Hummd Avenue, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania, to a third party for $75,000;
2. I consent to the distribution of the net proceeds of the sale after payment of all
costs of sale and inheritance taxes on the proceeds, which taxes I understand
could amount to at least 15 % of the sales price;
3. 1 further consent to the distribution of the net proceeds equally among the eight
(8) surviving nieces of Ruth H. Stoner as follows: Grace Baker Dysert, Phyllis
Baker Bowman, Ruth Kegris Meehling, Elizabeth Kegris Burk, Betty Kegris
Campbell, Marie Blynn, Elizabeth Blynn Ewan, and Beatrice Blynn Campbell.
I consent to such distribution, irrespective of the provisions of Article XI which
arguably could support a contrary interpretation.
4. I hereby request the Court to enter an appropriate Order authorizing the sale in
accordance with the terms of this Consent.

GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, GRACE BAKER DYSERT, now of
Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby appoint my
daughter, SANDRA A. NICHOLAS, also now of Lemoyne, Cumberland
County (hereinafter my "Attorney"), as my true and lawful attorney
for me and on my behalf to perform all such acts as my Attorney, in
my Attorney's absolute discretion, may deem advisable, as fully as
I could do if personally present.
This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by my subsequent
disability or incapacity.
My Attorney is hereby given the fullest possible powers to act
on my behalf: to transact business, make, execute, and acknowledge
all agreements, contracts, orders, deed writings, assurances, and
instruments for any matter, with the same powers and for all
purposes with the same validity as I could, if personally present.

interests in partnerships, or other securities, and any
and all personal property standing in my name or
belonging to me, or over which I may have any power or
control; and to make, execute, and deliver on my behalf
all necessary deeds, assignments, or transfers.
(b) To register any or all of my securities in my
Attorney's name as attorney-in-fact for me.
(c) To vote my securities in person or by proxy.
(d) To transact all business in relation to any
stocks, bonds, securities, or other property in the
nature thereof; to deposit the saIne under agreements of
deposit; to participate in any plan of lease, mortgage,
merger, consolidation exchange, reorganization,
recapitalization, liquidation, receivership, or
foreclosure with respect thereto; to exercise any rights
to subscribe to new issues thereof; and generally to'
exercise all rights of management and ownership with
respect thereto.
(e) To invest in any form of property, all funds
and securities held or received for my account, keeping
such cash reserves as, in my Attorney's discretion, are
n~cessary or desirable to meet conditions as they may
exist from time to time. In the exercise of this power,
my Attorney may invest in any variety of real and
personal property as in my Attorney's discretion appears
to be prudent investments, and my Attorney shall not be
liable to me for any error of judgment in the making or
continuing of any investment.

(d) To employ attorneys-at-law and such other
agents, employees, or representatives as my Attorney may
think proper, and to pay any claims, fees, expenses,
wages, demands, or obligations for which I may now be or
may hereafter become liable.
5. Tax Matters.
(a) To prepare, execute, and file in my behalf and
in my name any and all income tax declarations and
returns, and any other tax returns and reports
(including, but not limited to, protests, claims,
elections, consents, closing agreements, waivers of
statutes of limitations, and extensions), and to
represent. me before the Internal Revenue Service or
Treasury Department and any state or local taxing
authority with respect to any claim or proceeding having
to do with my tax liabilities, federal, state, or local,
for any and all years.
6. Power to Deleqate.
(a) To substitute one or more attorney or attorneys
under my Attorney, to carry out any of the general or
specific powers hereby granted.
7. Additional Powers GLanted Pursuant to Statute.
The following powers are granted pursuant to Chapter 56
of the Pennsylvania Probate Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as
further set forth therein:
(a) To make limited gifts. My Attorney may make
gifts on my behalf to any donees and in such amounts as
my Attorney may decide subject to the following:
(i) The class of permissible donees
shall consist solely of my spouse, my
children, my grandchildren and my great
grandchildren (including my Attorney, if my
Attorney is a member of such class).
(ii) During each calendar year, the gifts
to each donee pursuant to this power shall
have an aggregate value not in excess of Ten
Thousand Dollars or such lesser (or greater)
amount as, and shall be made in such manner
as, to qualify in their entirety for my annual
exclusion from the Federal gift tax as

provided in section 2503 (b) of the
Revenue Code of 1986, as amended,
regard to section 2513 (a) thereof

hereunder shall do or cause to be done under this General Power of
Attorney. I specifically direct that such Attorney shall not be
subject to any liability by reason of any of such Attorney's
decisions, acts, or failures to act, all of which shall be
conclusive and binding upon me, my personal representatives, heirs,
and assigns. Furthermore, except in the case of malfeasance of
office, I agree to indemnify such Attorney, and hold such Attorney
harmless, from all claims that may be made against such Attorney as
a result of such Attorney's service hereunder, and I hereby agree
to reimburse such Attorney in the amount of any damages, costs, and
expenses that may be incurred as a result of any such claim.
This Power of Attorney shall be revoked by my giving to such
Attorney acting hereunder written notification of the revocation,
which notice shall not be considered binding unless actually

following actions to be taken by the representatives of the Estate: following:
1. I consent to the sale of the property located at 418 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania, to a third party for $75,000;
2. I consent to the distribution of the net proceeds of the sale after payment of all
costs of sale and inheritance taxes on the proceeds, which taxes I understand
could amount to at least 15 % of the sales price;
3. I further consent to the distribution of the net proceeds equally among the eight
(8) surviving nieces of Ruth H. Stoner as follows: Grace Baker Dysert, Phyllis
Baker Bowman, Ruth Kegris Meehling, Elizabeth Kegris Burk, Betty Kegris
Campbell, Marie Blynn, Elizabeth Blynn Ewan, and Beatrice Blynn Campbell.
I consent to such distribution, irrespective of the provisions of Article XI which
arguably could support a contrary interpretation.
4. I hereby request the Court to enter an appropriate Order authorizing the sale in
accordance with the terms of this Consent.
