pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $§§1.58 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 02/01/02 and for which sum,
with interest, penaJties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of Ray 16, 1923, P.L. 207 {53 P.S. Section 7101, et seq.}, as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of Ray 2, 1945, P.L. 382 {53 P.S. Section 301,
et seq), as amended and supplemented-
