I, ELSIE SNYDER YARNOLD, of the city of East orange, in the County of Essex and state of New Jersey, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, here- by revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me. FIRST: I direct my executrix, hereinafter named,to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be after my death. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my niece, MARY SNYDER HERTZLER, all of my jewelry, household furniture and furnishings, furs, clothing and personal effects. THIRD: I give and bequeath to my said niece, the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my maid, PEARL ALLEN, of 820 South 19th Street, Newark, New Jersey, the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. FIFTH: I give and bequeath to ANNE MAGEE, of 24 Devon Terrace, Kearny, New Jersey, the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. SIXTH: I give and bequeath to my chauffeur, SAM MORRIS, of 2 Hillside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. SEVENTH: If, after the payment of my debts, funeral and administration expenses, estate and inheritance taxes, there are insufficient assets to satisfy the bequests in paragraphs THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH and SIXTH hereof in full, such bequests shall abate in the proportion which each bequest bears to the total of all such bequests. EIGHTH: If there remain in my estate assets, after the payment of my debts, funeral and ad~inistration expenses, estate 3~4 '. .. ., ELEVENTH: New Jersey Inheritance Taxes shall be appor- tioned to and paid out of the various bequests in the amounts assessed by the state of New Jersey. Federal Estate Taxes shall be apportioned to and paid out of the various bequests in the same ratio to the total tax as the respective bequests bear to the total of all bequests, if there be no abatement, or to the total of the bequests as abated, if there be an abatement. TWELFTH: I appoint my said niece, MARY SNYDER HERTZLER, executrix of this my last will and testament. I direct that no bond or other security be required for the faithful performance of her duties in any jurisdiction whatsoever.
