I, CHA.RLES S. EBERHART, of Mechanicsburg, cumb(.~rl_~nd county,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under-

standing, do hereby make; publish ~nd declare this as and for my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
FIRST
I direct the payment of my debts and expenses of my last
illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my de'ath as con-
veniently may be done. If there be no cemetery lot ~vailab1efor my
internment, owned by. me at the :time of my death, I authorize my
personal representative to purchase such cemetery lot with a contract
for perpetual ca.re, .using, therefore, funds from my estate, in

Further, in this connection, I authorize my personal repre-
sentative to expend funds from my estate, in such amount as my
personal representative shall consider necessary and desirable,
for the purchase, erection and inscription of a suitable marker for
my grave.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
ma inder of my estate to my beloved \; He, DOIW'l'HY J. EBERHART, abso1-
utely and in fee simple, if she survives me by thirty (30) days.

This assessment is made in accordanco witt, Sectior'! 708 01 the Inheritance find Estate Tax Act of
1961 (72 P.S. 9 2465,708).
To the extent that inheritance lax is paid within throe (3) months after the death of the decedent. a
discount of five (5) percent is allowed (72 P.S, 9 2495,716).
Inheritance Tax, other than tax on a future interest. is due at the dale 01 the decedent's death and becomes
delinquent at the expiration of nine (9) months after the decedent's death (72 P.S. 9 2485.711). Inheritance
Tax on a future interest is payable within three (3) months alter the transfer takes effect in possession and
enjoyment and is delinquent thereafter (72 P.S. 9 2485- 7121. Calculate interest from the delinquent date shown
on the face of this form to the date of actual payment using the following interest wblc:
