THIRD: I give and bequeath to National Bank and Trust Company of Central Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, my two investments in First Federal Savings and Loan Association and State Capitol Savings and Loan Association, in trust, for the following uses and purposes: to invest and reinvest the same for the benefit of my granddaughter, Lorna Jeane Updegrove, with full authority to pay from income and/or principal of said fund for the welfare and education of my said granddaughter; and to pay the balance in its hand as trustee to my granddaughter upon her reaching the age of twenty-one (21) years. In case my granddaughter shall predecease me, I direct that the balance in the trust fund be added to the residue of my estate. FOURTH: I give and bequeath the residue of my estate to my daughter, Beverly R. Updegrove. In the event that my daughter shall predecease me, I direct that the residue shall be paid to Martha L. Eckert of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, or in case of the prior death of Mrs. Eckert, to Derry Street United Methodist Church of Harrisburg. RENN, of paxtang, County of Dauphin, and State of Pennsy1vani.a, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under- standing, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid b7 my Executor as soon as possible after my decease. SECOND: I give and bequeath my furniture, household goods and personal effects to my daughter, Beverly R. Updegrove. THIRD: I give and bequeath to National Bank and Trust Company of Central Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, my two investments in First Federal Savings and Loan Association and State Capitol Savings and Loan Association, in trust, for the following uses and purposes: to invest and reinvest the same for the benefit of my granddaughter, Lorna Jeane Updegrove, with full authority to pay from income and/or principal of said fund for the welfare and education of my said granddaughter; and to pay the balance in its hand as trustee to my granddaughter upon her reaching the age of twenty-one (21) years. In case my granddaughter shall predecease me, I direct that the balance in the trust fund be added to the residue of my estate. FOURTH: I give and bequeath the residue of my estate to my daughter, Beverly R. Updegrove. In the event that my daughter shall predecease me, I direct that the residue shall be paid to Martha L. Eckert of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, or in case of the prior death of Mrs. Eckert, to Derry Street United Methodist Church of Harrisburg.
