OF HlllRY E. HARNER
I, HlllRY E. HARNER, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, hereby
make, declare and publish this my Last ~ill a~d Testament.
ITEM 1. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate unto my wife, Anna May
Harner, and I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM~ In the event my wife predeceases me, or we die as a result of a
common disaster, then and in such event only, I make the following disposition of
my estate:
A. I give, devise and bequeath my household furniture and
furnishings, jewelry and personal effects unto my daughters Barbara
Neff, Elizabeth Brooks and Michaele Bail', they to make an amicable
distribution thereof among themselves.
B. All the res~, residue and remainder of my estate I
direct my Executor hereinafter named to divide into four equal shares
and distribute the same: one share to my daughter Barbara, one share
to my daughter Elizabeth, ane share to my daughter Michaele and one
share to Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS,
for the following uses and purposes:
(1) Pay the net income therefrom to or for the bene-
fit of my son Henry E. Harner, Jr.
(?) Upon the death of my son Henry, the Trustee shall
distribute the corpus of the said trust fund in equal shares

for life or for years, the Commonwealth hereby expressly reserves the right to appraise and assess transfer Inheritance Taxes

Detach the top portion of this Notice and submit with your payment to the Register of Wills.

--Make check or money order payable to: REGISTER OF WILLS, AGENT.
A refund of a tax credit, which was not requested on the Tax Return, may be requested by completing an "Application
for Refund of Pennsylvania Inheritance and Estate Tax" (Form REV- 1313). Applications are available at the Office
of the Register of Wills, any of the 24 Revenue District Offices, or from the Department's Forms Service Unit
by calling 17171 233-3443,
Any party in interest not satisfied with the appraisement, allowance or disallowance of deductions, or assessment of
tax (including discount or interest) as shown on this Notice may object within sixty (60) days of receipt of this
Notice as follows:
_ -by written protest to the Department of Revenue, Board of Appeals, P,Q. Box 1874, Harrisburg, PA 17105 OR
_ -by election to have the matter determined at the audit of the account of the personal representative OR
- -by appeal to the Orphans' Court.
Factual errors discovered on this assessment should be addressed in writing to: PA Department of Revenue, Bureau
of Accounts Settlement,P,O. Box 8903. Harrisburg, PA 17105, See page 3 of the booklet "Instructions for
InheritanCe Tax Return for a ReSident Decedent" lor an explanation of administratively correctable errors.
If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (5%) discount of
the tax paid is allowed,
