I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all inheritance taxes shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the administration of my estate, 2. At such time as cash is available, I give unto each of my granddaughters, JOYCE A. RAUDABAUGH and BERNICE L. RODGERS, the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00), 3, I give, devise and dispose of my homeplace containing approximately eight (8) acres and a dwelling and outbuildings as follows: I give and devise to my daughter, BERNICE RODGERS MADER, two acres of ground from said homeplace, absolutely, my said daughter to pay the taxes and all other expenses on said real estate. The remaining approximately six (6) acres of land I give and devise unto my son, ROBERT L. RODGERS, for and during the term of his natural life. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all inheritance taxes shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the administration of my e$tate. 2.
